More time to drink Big Storm beer before the Bucs’ huge Week 18 game on Sunday!

These are beautiful times.

The first 17th-game schedule in NFL history comes with unique twists. The league long ago reserved the opportunity to change many start times for its closing weekend, which will feature two Saturday games and a Sunday night contest.

Among the fresh schedule tweaks are the Bucs playing the Panthers at The Licht House at 4:25 p.m. versus the previously-scheduled 1 o’clock kickoff.

Wow, what a crazy day yesterday. When is the last time the Bucs had such a dramatic, come-from-behind, important win fully overshadowed by a player going completely bananas and getting thrown off the team? Grab your mug of coffee and let’s roll. It’s another Victory Monday! (more…)

Tonight Minnesota (7-8) faces the Packers (12-3) in a game with huge NFC Playoff implications.

The Bucs (12-4) are tied with the Rams, but the Rams own the head-to-head tiebreaker. Dallas (11-5) fell to Arizona (11-5) this afternoon and now holds the No. 4 seed as NFC East champs.

It blows Joe’s mind to see Le’Veon Bell contributing in a big January game for the Buccaneers’ title quest.
