Massive task with little time.
Joe is convinced Bucs defensive coordinator Todd Bowles broke the Chiefs in the Super Bowl (though Kansas City didn’t look broke last night in Vegas — nyuk, nyuk, nyuk — broke… in Vegas. 🙂 ). [read more]

Let’s dispense with the highlights, shall we?
Devin White showed up in the nation’s capital and looked like the game-wrecker who keyed a late-season defensive surge in 2020. While White was all over the joint, most of his teammates took a dirt nap at FedEx Field.
Bruce Arians summed it up rather nicely after the 29-19 setback, apologizing to Buc Nation for an embarrassing performance. Arians also acknowledged that Tampa Bay played passionate football for only eight minutes. The other 52, he said, were “godawful.” [read more]

Vita Vea
Bad news from Bucco Bruce Arians after today’s bad-news loss in Washington.
Manbeast nose tackle Vita Vea was carted off the field with seconds remaining in the game, and Arians said at his postgame news conference that Vea left with knee issue. “He felt something in his knee but we don’t know what it is.”
As painful as the Bucs’ loss is, this could be the worst news of the day.
Joe has fingers crossed.

What’s going on?
Dave Moore has been around the NFL block a few times. Built himself a 14-year career at tight end. Started 107 games, played in 220.
And given how much Moore loves the Bucs, Joe is confident he wasn’t trying to con anyone with his comments in the final seconds of the ugly loss to Washington today on the Buccaneers Radio Network. [read more]
