They were known as the Redskins on Jan. 7, 2006 when Joe Gibbs led a 10-6 wild-card club into Raymond James Stadium for an opening-round playoff matchup.

Veteran linebacker/DB Deone “The Moneybacker” Bucannon was quietly signed to the Bucs’ practice squad this week and was promoted to the main roster today along with guard Ted Larsen, cornerback Herb Miller and defensive lineman Benning Potoa’e.
Miller and Potoa’e saw quality minutes in December.
News also comes that LeSean “Shady” McCoy has been ruled out of Saturday night’s playoff game with an illness (not The Sickness.)
