Veteran linebacker/DB Deone “The Moneybacker” Bucannon was quietly signed to the Bucs’ practice squad this week and was promoted to the main roster today along with guard Ted Larsen, cornerback Herb Miller and defensive lineman Benning Potoa’e.
Miller and Potoa’e saw quality minutes in December.
News also comes that LeSean “Shady” McCoy has been ruled out of Saturday night’s playoff game with an illness (not The Sickness.)

I agree, Shady has hands, but you can bet that our other backs will catch the ball if Brady is in trouble.

Pretty sure the Bucs will see Heineken (not his real last name, but what I call him, like the beer). After watching the tape of Matty Ice bust off a first down run, they probably figure they can hurt the Bucs with his legs.

Our pass D is suspect and everyone knows it – the rush has got to get home, any team in the league can move the ball on SMB alone consistently
The O isn’t my concern for this game, it is clearly will the D show up and shut them down – the D tends to play to the beat of the O, so hopefully we get out to a good start and the D plays with fire from the first play
Too many games this year we just played the flex D and allowed TOP control which would be a recipe for disaster this week

McCoy has been screwed over this year. He should’ve gotten more carries

Patrick: in McCoy’s first 3 games he played he had 6 carries for -1 yards. Nothing screams “GIVE HIM MORE CARRIES” than this kind of production. He did look good in 1 game, 4 carries for 32 yards.
