So Joe was at OTAs today when the Bucs, (most) veterans and rookies alike, had a voluntary underwear football practice on the sunny fields of One Buc Palace.
For those unaware, underwear football is guys in shorts. No pads other than a helmet. There is no hitting of any sort. Think flag football without the flags.
