Joe doesn’t know what the coolest thing was about the Bucs win yesteday, holding the vaunted Bears offense to a paltry 20 yards on the ground or forcing four turnovers in the first half. [read more]
First, Todd welcomes back The Eagles Golf Club as the golf sponsor of the Monday podcasts. The Eagles will host Todd Wright Tour XII on Sunday, October 22nd, and that golf event is already approaching a sellout. Todd has more information in the podcast on how you can buy your tee time before it goes on sale to the public.
The amount of fantasy information right now is kind of overwhelming, but Todd does his best to cover as much as possible. Injuries (Olsen, Jordy, Cobb, Bradford), disappointing star players and what our first fantasy look at the Bucs and Dolphins said about those offenses.
Remember, Todd has been telling all of you for weeks not to draft Jordan Howard as an RB1, that Ezekiel Elliott would not serve the six game suspension starting in week one and that Colts were either untouchable or unplayable until further notice.
For any questions unique to your teams, you can email Todd directly at toddwrightfantasyfootball@gmail.com. Every single person who wrote an email last week asking for help receive an email response. Just don’t expect Todd to respond during the daytime hours, as he’ll be on the golf course.
The Todd Wright Fantasy Football Podcast has expanded to twice weekly, Mondays and Fridays! …Enjoy it right here and at iTunes and Google Play.

If we just saw the Bucs looking rusty, the rest of the NFL is in a lot of trouble.
I’ll be the first to admit Tampa Bay’s long layoff loomed as a major concern heading into Sunday’s matchup against the Bears. While Chicago played a competitive game last week, Buc players received six days off.
But instead of feeling their way early on, the Bucs were feeling it from the start, especially Mike Smith’s cantankerous crew. [read more]

Someone in the national media is sure to diminish Sunday’s dominant opener by reminding us that the woeful Bears were in town.
Yes, the Bears were awful, but there are no mitigating circumstances in the NFL. Chicago almost beat Atlanta last week and besides, the Bucs have lost a lot of games they should have won over the past decade.
A win’s a win, so here’s how this one breaks down: [read more]
Tampa Bay has a much tougher opponent next week in Minnesota, and scoring just three second-half points and guys getting gassed probably won’t cut it if the Bucs want a victory against the Vikings. [read more]
Exhale, Bucs fans, the reigning NFL leader in solo tackles and the heart and soul of the Tampa Bay defense delivered great news in the locker room after today’s pounding of the Bears. [read more]
Bucs defensive end/outside linebacker Noah Spence may not yet be known as a sackmeister, which is what the Bucs terribly need from an edge rusher, but he has become something perhaps more important. [read more]
The only thing weaker than the kicking of Roberto Aguayo is his ghost, which was barely heard from in today’s thunderous 29-7 victory at the Stadium on Dale Mabry Highway. [read more]
If anyone was able to push through their hangover this morning and read Joe, then they would have seen a prediction that rookie linebacker Kendell Beckwith would have a solid game today. [read more]
A Bucs type told Joe last year there was something with Robert Ayers the Bucs never detected when they signed the free agent defensive end. [read more]
