There’s only one. Mike Evans carries WR1 value in that second tier of wide receivers with a consensus ADP on a national level.
However, much like someone in Seattle will draft Russell Wilson over Aaron Rodgers and someone in Cincinnati will draft Joe Mixon over Leonard Fournette, you know there will be fantasy players in Tampa Bay reaching for Evans a round too early. After that, there does not appear to be another Buccaneers WR worth anything higher than your last non PK/DST selection.

The Bucs are being very tight-lipped about injuries today suffered by Bucs safety Justin Evans and left tackle Donovan Smith. But preliminary information on Evans suggests his injury may not be as severe as it first appeared. [read more]
