Some “GMFB” Love For Bucs

The gang of “Good Morning, Football” was spreading some Bucs vibes yesterday.
Yes, last year at this time, the GMFB crew of lovely Kay Adams, Kyle Brandt, Nate Burleson and Peter Schrager were all over the Bucs. They were driving the hype train.
And then the 2017 season happened. Oh, no.
The Bucs have been, well, let’s just say not popular on the weekday morning show seen on NFL Network since the Bucs went south last season. But yesterday, at least a morsel of positive vibes was found by the crew.
In a segment highlighting excellent passes when receivers have to drag their feet to stay in bounds, the four co-hosts gave mad props to the touchdown pass against Tennessee where America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston, connected with rookie Justin Watson for 21 yards.
Said Burleson of Jameis’ pass, “This is a beauty and Jameis is a beast.”
Brandt referred to Watson as an “Ivy League Mike Evans.”

Yes! GMFB has mad love for Tampa Bay, and like Joe has Mad Love for Rachael Watson, I have Mad Love for Kay Adams!

I have to admit: that pass by JW was a thing of beauty, indeed! Let’s hope that he can consistently do that during the regular season.

It was a nice pitch and catch…
In the case of the Bucs in general, no news is good news. I prefer to fly under the radar, rather than being hyped by a bunch of media heads before we’ve done anything. Imo, the wait and see approach is the way to go with this team; by mid-season we should know if we’re a playoff caliber team or still one of the bottom feeders…

Kay Adams is the only superstar on NFL Network. She should be doing NFL Total Access. The more Kay Adams the better.

Ryan Griffin made the exact same throw to Sergio Bailey later in the game.
It appears as if all the QBs have been working on that play and it looks good.
Over the shoulder play so the body can shield the ball.
Hopefully that is there all year.

Adams and Burleson are pretty good but the other two are a couple of huckleberrys. I’d rather watch the Morning Drive on the golf channel. One of the hosts Lauren Thompson is a UCF grad.

Kay Adams should just pass up the next big football job and go all Erin Andrews.
She should find a prime time gig like DWTS or some other entertainment vehicle.
She is truly hot and loaded with charisma.
