Watching the Bucs secondary Sunday, aside from always steady and reliable Carlton Davis, the word “sticky” doesn’t come to mind for Joe unless it was the residue of beer on the TV from throwing a mostly empty can of Bromosa at the wall after watching Rams receivers run laps around Bucs backup corners.
