Boy, what could have been a nightmare is so much better.
Per NBC Sports Edge, Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians is off the dreaded COVID list and will make the trip to SopranosLand to coach the Bucs.
Tomorrow is supposed to be ugly weather (for Florida folks) against the Jets, with the highs in the mid-50s and rain on and off all day. Joe wonders if Arians, already with a messed-up Achilles, will stand outside for three hours or if he will try to sit up in a warm, dry coach’s box?
No more virus.
Finally good news about players’ health.
It seems the Bucs today, per NBC Sports Edge, activated starting corners Jamel Dean and Sean Murphy-Bunting from the dreaded COVID list. That means they are eligible to play tomorrow at the Jets in SopranosLand.
We all know how the Bucs defense usually crumbles without one of its starting corners. Getting two back is great news, even against the horrid Jets.
