So Joe decided to take it to the people. The question is simple; the answer is more complex. Who is the best receiver in Buccaneers history? Everyone one defines “best” differently. One Joe says it’s Mike Evans; the other Joe isn’t so quick to dismiss Joey Galloway or Keyshawn Johnson. And Kevin House and Mark Carrier were special, successful players on brutal football teams.
