There will be more to say in the next edition of the “Ira Kaufman Podcast.” Until then, here is the statement in full from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It’s on the decision to remove the first Bucs coach to win a Super Bowl from the team’s Ring of Honor in the wake of repulsive e-mails Jon Gruden wrote after his days coaching the Bucs.
STATEMENT FROM THE TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
“The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have advocated for purposeful change in the areas of race relations, gender equality, diversity and inclusion for many years. While we acknowledge Jon Gruden’s contributions on the field, his actions go against our core values as an organization. Therefore, he will no longer continue to be a member of the Buccaneers Ring of Honor.”

Possible
Nothing too noteworthy on the Bucs’ injury report today. Ryan Jensen (hip) was limited in practice after not participating yesterday.
Antoine Winfield, Jr. (concussion) has not been cleared yet to play or practice fully.
Rob Gronkowski (ribs) has not practiced this week. However, Bucco Bruce Arians said Gronk has made “really good progress” and has a chance to play Thursday.
