This year’s party again will be completely lit with Bucs fans confirmed from four countries, 12 states (13?), plus Ira Kaufman, Joe, Justin “The Commish” Pawlowski and many more in the house with a beastly $20 all-you-can-eat buffet from 6 p.m. til about midnight. Indoor and outdoor draft madness — and more than a few surprises and giveaways.
