“He’s Still Outworking Everybody”

June 2nd, 2021

Joe can’t resist when teammates and coaches serve up a glimpse inside the world of Tom Brady.

Every morsel helps tell the story of the greatest quarterback in Bucs history.

Scotty Miller joined former Bucs cornerback Aqib Talib recently on the Catchin’ Fades podcast. And, no surprise, Talib wanted to talk about his former teammate, Brady, with the Bucs’ speedster receiver.

Miller shared his amazement, much like Gronk just did, at what Brady brings to every practice.

“He’s still outworking everybody,” Millers said of Brady.

As serving as a coach, Miller raved about how much help Brady provides because he has played with every type of receiver, so he can coach up every receiver in great detail. Specific to Miller, Brady works with him on reducing angles coming out of out routes, “so many little things,” he said.

The arrival of Brady, per Miller, represented a serious step up last season in the competitive nature of practices — just like O.J. Howard noted — including Brady regularly trash-talking defensive backs.

Hey Joe how many Hall of famer do you think we on the the team right now and people who are close

  3. Casual Observer Says:

“The greatest QB in Bucs. history.” Shouldn’t that read “in NFL history”? I think so.

  4. SlyPirate Says:

BA was telling the vets to stay away.

TB12 responded by taking the offense to the facilities of the most winning franchise in sports history.

The message, “Be a winner. Become a dynasty.”

TB12 is molding this organization. He’s building HIS team.

…soooo true, and I love it.

That’s a better question for Ira. Knowing how the Hall of Fame works, Joe would say *maybe* four on offense (two are locks) and *maybe* one on defense.

OTHER JOE here Gronk, Brady and Brown are slam dunks. Evans is a probably one 1,000-yard season away from being a slam dunk. Ndamukong Suh has all the numbers and was All-Decade, so he will make it eventually. … Those are the guys with the best chances. Tristan Wirfs is off to a great start. Devin White is behind him and Lavonte David has work to do.

  7. Youngbucs Says:

Bringing him in was 1 if not the greatest decision in buc history.

  8. Cobraboy Says:

    So 8 potential HoFers?

    Impressive.

Will Brady enter as Pat or Buc?

  9. Oneilbuc Says:

He’s going in as a Patriot not a buc . He should go in as a Patriot because that’s the team that developed him to be a hall of fame quarterback.

It’s evident that Reasonable Joe wrote this article. No disrespectful multiple adjectives used in an article about the greatest quarterback in Bucs and NFL history.

  11. SB Says:

In case you haven’t noticed Onielbuc, Brady made Himself into a HOF QB.
Bellicheck is a losing HC without Brady
Brady is a winning QB without Bellicheck

  12. BucsfaninStA Says:

Woohoo!! We definitely are loaded!! I simply cannot wait for the season to get here!!!! Just out of curiosity, what’s the record for most HOF’ers on one team in a single season??

  13. 6throundpick Says:

HERE IS THE QUESTION NO ONE IS ASKING: How many Super Bowls might TB12 had been a part of (ie won), if he had played in…Tampa, Miami, Dallas, Green Bay, San Francisco, et al, instead of NE?

Consider that Belichick did not leverage TB12 and his on-field leadership, talents, and propensity to win, as well as he might have. What? You don’t think TB12 would have won at least a few Super Bowls somewhere else? And how many more if the team took a “let’s build around this TB12 guy” stance (eg TAMPA)?

  14. Trey Long Says:

Belichick can be a defensive genius at times.
He can also be a sick jealous sociopath who stabbed his own team in the back in the SUPER BOWL!!
Got away with it bc of his resume.
Brady made him and more importantly is a much better person.

  15. LISTNFRMAFAR Says:

Belichick realized his talent and gave him his chance when Bledsoe got hurt. Even more so Brady tweaked his ankle and Bledsoe won the PO game against Pittsburgh to get them into the SB. Kudos to Belichick he still started TB in the St. Louis SB over first round draft pick Drew Bledsoe. Am I a fan of BB, definitely not bit he started Brady’s career.

  16. Kentucky Buc Says:

Stop the BB crap. He got lucky. Yeah he gave him his shot . That’s where his credit should end. There’s a very interesting video on YouTube right now breaking down the QB draft class from Brady’s draft. The short of it is he was the best QB in the draft that year. All 32 teams missed on him including the Pats. In the vid it has film breakdown of all the QBs. He is obviously the best. Terrible QB draft class btw. Brady, Chad Pennington and Bulger are the only ones who should’ve been drafted. Look it up on there and see for yourself. The combine is what screwed him I believe.

  17. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Good catch SB.
Oneill trying to pretend to be on point about developing a QB in house.

……and it’s not about anything else now is it?

    😀

Straight Facts and to the point SB!!!

Brady made Himself into a HOF QB.
Bellicheck is a losing HC without Brady
Brady is a winning QB without Bellicheck

BTW Billie B has a lifetime 47% win record without Brady, that = a losing record!!!!!

The Brady way, was the NE way, and now the Bucs have become the Brady way. Complete role reversal, the Bucs win like the Patsies used to and the Patsies lose like the Bucs used to lol lol lol.

Excited for the BEANTOWN BEATDOWN these Bad Azz Bucs are going to put on the Patsies.
Isn’t that right Mr Brady Senior, lol lol lol
    GO WORLD CHAMPION BUCS!!!!!

    .
    .
To be fair, the Bucs built this offense around Fameis Jameis. Brady just reaped the spoils with lucky timing.

  21. GOATWatcher Says:

I have two issues with Belichick. First, he left Brady to the hyenas during the Deflategate scam. Next he let a backup quarterback shred thier defense in the Super Bowl, while benching the starting cornerback, stonewalling instead of explaining himself. Other than that, he enforced a level of discipline in NE that molded Brady, which TB had the good fortune to inherit.

  22. LISTNFRMAFAR Says:

GOATwatches is correct. It was BB’s discipline Brady inherited not his talent. Since Brady has created his own approach which is clearly infectious. Brady was loyal to Kraft & BB because he got the chance, and he towed the line and others followed. Unfortunately BB’s arrogant nature cost him the GOAT whic.he now has to live with. Now Arians and his coaching style is in the limelight due to elite players promoting it and many want to play for him. Well deserved, trust your players, especially the veterans.
