Rookie Kwon Alexander has certainly impressed the Bucs’ hierarchy.

More than a few Bucs fans immediately scoffed at Bruce Carter when Lovie Smith announced that rookie fourth-round draft pick Kwon Alexander was elevated to the starting gig at middle linebacker.
