Scotty Miller
Though still on injured reserve, wide receiver Scotty Miller and desperately-needed Super Bowl cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting have been cleared for practice.
That means the Bucs have up to three weeks to observe them in practice and decide whether to take them off injured reserve. Murphy-Bunting messed up his elbow in Week 1 and Miller has been out with a bad case of turf toe.
The Bucs’ next game is Nov. 14 at Washington.
