Report From Houston: Bucs Are Players For Deshaun Watson

March 12th, 2022

Houston QB Deshaun Watson

A man respected throughout the NFL media community who has covered the Texans for years has an update on teams trying to lure embattled Houston quarterback Deshaun Watson.

The Bucs are now players, reports Aaron Wilson, formerly of the Houston Chronicle who now types for Pro Football Network.

Wilson has been keeping tabs of the Watson case since it first cropped up many, many moons ago. And in recent days he has been Twittering about teams hot and heavy trying to get Watson, including the Stinking Panthers, the Eagles and the Vikings.

Never has Wilson mentioned the Bucs. Until today.

This afternoon, Wilson noted the Bucs have joined the fray. Or maybe they already did and Wilson is just now getting the scent. At the very least, the Bucs are sniffing Watson with intent.

OK, so the Bucs are pinched under the cap. That’s not the problem. The problem is not having a quarterback (unless you consider Blaine Gabbert a quarterback). You go get a guy like Watson and you figure out the salary cap later.

Besides, the way Joe reads things, the Bucs supposedly have a magician of a capologist, no? Go get Watson and make your bean counters earn their keep.

We’ve really got to win this one.

  2. Buc92’ Says:

Just give him half the treatment of Brady & he’ll come … Don’t F**k this up Jason & Co

    GoBucs!

  3. Elita Vita Says:

    ……:: So your saying there’s a chance::……?

  4. Richard Dickson Says:

For what it’s worth, Jalen Hurts removed “Philadelphia QB” from his Twitter profile and lists his home as Houston.

  5. SKBucsFan Says:

If he was a free agent I would say fine. But he isn’t worth what they seem to be asking. Too much to pay for 7 or 8 wins a year.

  6. MadMax Says:

If we land him, its gonna cost a lot….personally I wouldnt risk it, we need to build the trenches and DB field, but hey, its Watson, i get it.

  7. Buc king Says:

Idk if I’m sure about this move

  8. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Sniffing……… uggghh.

  9. TBChucky Says:

It’d be nice to not have to worry about a QB for the foreseeable future… But damn it’ll be expensive..

  10. Ron says Says:

This is one where we need to look to trade Brady and get the picks and cap relief if possible. Brady has earned the right to play where he wants so we need to be smart and work with him to savage this team with our best commodity which is brady so maybe a 3 team trade can make this work.

  11. Erick Says:

Bring him to Tampa!!! Salary cap can be manipulated. He is a top 5 QB in league and will make Bucs contenders for next decade.

  12. sasquatch Says:

    J03 Says:

the way Joe reads things, the Bucs supposedly have a magician of a capologist, no? Go get Watson and make your bean counters earn their keep.

The magic of the capologist is in planning and not doing stupid shyte to blow up the cap. You can’t get Watson if you can’t sign your other guys. I swear, if J03 was the GM, we’d be over the cap with the oldest roster in the league and no draft picks.

Does Watson make us a better team if you can’t afford other free agents and don’t have high draft picks to increase the talent and skill on the team? I think it’s highly questionable.

  13. catcard202 Says:

There is more than enough Cap Space that can be created to fit Watson’s $$$.

The only real questions are: “What’s the package needed to make the deal happen?” and “Does Watson want to play in Tampa?’

  14. BillyBucco Says:

Im completely sure about this move.
If you want future FAs to come to Tampa, you aren’t luring them with Kyle Trask or Blaine Gabbert.

With ME and CG12 the offense will be fine.
I also hear LF7 wants to come back.

Latter round gems will be important.

    Freaking GO GET HIM.

  15. Eric Says:

Absolutely make this happen. He can play another 10 years, roster will turn over three times in that period.

    Its a QB league.

  16. Listnfrmafar Says:

I’m sure Brady has a trade clause in his contract. I’m still not sure what Watson has done to prove he can win a championship. That’s going to be a lot to give up for a guy that quit on his team. Most of you want to boil AB in oil for doing it.

  17. SB Says:

Make this happen! This keeps our franchise top tier for the next decade!

  18. RottenAmiigo Says:

I’d rather give up a few first rounders. Round 1 talent barely ever pans out to be exceptional talent, Jason Licht is an assassin in the 2 and 3 rounds however. That’s where we can build through the draft. We have a team to win the south.

  19. Joe in Michigan Says:

Listnfrmatard: So that means if Brady still wants to play, but not for the Bucs, he quit on his team. Right?

  20. SB~LV Says:

    Leverage talk

  21. Killian Says:

This one is easy, Brady to 49ers for a picks, JimmyG and picks to Houston, Watson to Tampa. Everyone’s happy…

  22. tampabayallday Says:

Don’t do it, the team is going to regret it for years to come.

  23. Rod Munch Says:

But all the Florida fanbois told me Trask is a first ballot HOF’er — and obviously if they know that, his teammates and coaches know that…

  24. Listnfrmafar Says:

No Joe he did not, he added the extention to HELP the team, spin it as you like but the bottom line is NO Brady NO SB and NO ONE is even talking about the Bucs.

  25. #99 Says:

He will be a buc.. you can take that to the bank

  26. Rod Munch Says:

I don’t know how the Bucs get the ammunition — that’s the big thing. You can’t just give up picks since other teams have better picks, the Bucs late 1st rounder this year is worth basically half of top of the round 1st rounder like the Panthers would give up.

So in addition to picks, you have to give up at least one player. I was thinking that would be Vita, as a part time player, but with an outsized rep, he’d be the one that is easiest to move, I’d think. But since they did his deal today, that’s likely off the table. Since you have to figure out some of the salary stuff and give up good value, you might need to make Shaq part of the trade – the other options being White, Winfield or Wirfs. You need Wirfs out there with Watson, so I can’t see doing that, and man, Winfield reminds me so much of Ronde, I’d not want to move him. I doubt Godwin has much trade value since he doesn’t have a deal – and again, if you bring in Watson, the last thing you want to do is cripple the offense in any way.

So maybe a deal, something like two 1sts, a 2nd and a 3rd plus Shaq or White, I think that might get it done. Problem is if the Panthers go nuts and really do offer up like three 1sts and some young players.

As for the cap, you can create cap space. Remember you still have stuff like Brate making $7m, your kickers making $4m and $3m each, you can redo deals, add void years, etc. Lots of ways to create cap space if you’re willing to sell out future years, and to get a franchise QB for the next decade, a top 5 QB, you do anything that you need to do.

  27. Listnfrmafar Says:

Blowfrommichigan@ there is a term for you and those who think like you, I believe it is ingrate!!!

  28. Brandon Jeff Says:

The court of public opinion is harsh. Luckily for DeShawn, he was tried in a legal court. He was vetted and declared innocent. It’s a shame it’s so hard to get past the stink of the accusation. I’m not saying he is or is not a perv. I’m merely saying that who am I to judge when a court has ruled that there was not enough evidence to convict. Until convicted, I think we would be foolish to not make a play for a quarterback of his caliber. The cap will likely rise every year and any deal made now would look great in the future. Just saying!

Agree with this completely get the player and start the surgery afterward

  30. Miller5252 Says:

Being a Bucs fan we know what it’s like to have the worse QB in the league being our starter. We also know what it’s like to have the best QB in the league playing for us. I hate to give the farm for a guy with a bad background, but I don’t want to go back to winless home stadium for another 12-15 years. I also sure as heck don’t want Carolina to be the best in the division either. Gonna be a hard call for the Bucs, especially since you don’t know if the guy can still ball out or has fallen back to mediocre. Good luck guys!!! Don’t want to be in your shoes today, half are gonna hate you either way you go.

  31. Brandon Jeff Says:

Having said that, I would still like to know what we have in Trask.

  32. alvinscissorsharper Says:

Brandon Jeff, Watson was not declared “innocent” by anyone. A grand jury was convened, listened to the evidence and made a determination there was not enough evidence to bring criminal charges against him.

  33. Guzzie Says:

Honestly, everyone STFU about how much it costs, it’s not your money or draft picks, at the end of the day, all that matters is if we have a team we can get excited about, landing Watson is the epitome of exciting, probably more than getting Brady, knowing we get Watson for possibly 10 years, he’s only 26, and he’s a whole lot of fun to watch, this would, so if you’re a true fan of the Bucs, you want Watson on our team…MIC DROP

  34. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Joe @List

Here’s capitalism and contract law in a scenario that MANY of us have to deal with.

I am an HOA, and we hire you and we sign a lawn service contract with you for two years, and you do a great job for the first year, going above and beyond our service expectations.

Because of that we extend our HOA contract with you for another year, locking in our rate now because we know it will be more expensive if we wait until after the contract is expired. Extending the contract early also helps your lawn service company out as well as stability in budgeting for a service based business is extremely important. That second year you continue to do an awesome job.

Are we, the HOA representative of our 1,000 plus homes, within our legal rights to expect your lawn service to perform the contracted service that we agreed to for the last year?

Does it make us ingrates to expect your lawn service company to honor our agreed upon legal contract?

Does doing a great job entitle you as a lawn company to stop doing the service that you’re contracted to do for the last year, because you gave us 2 awesome years of service and because of rising gas prices you need to get out of that last year?

The Bucs are the HOA and TB12 is the lawn service.

  35. Elita Vita Says:

Trask might never see the field in a regular season game… no need to feel sorry for him though. Can still become a millionaire holding a clip-board as did Ryan Griffin!

  37. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

I red today that Watson will go where HE wants to go, or the deal is not happening.
The write of the article said that Tampa is the best place he could go, of all the teams in contention for his services.
Of course, we will have to make Houston happy first.

  38. Brandon Jeff Says:

Looks like we have a bit of a conundrum here. On one hand we are limited with cap space, so the responsible thing to do would be to go with Trask while rebuilding the team. Trask could turn out to be very good and we would benefit from that move for a long time. We also stand the chance of getting back on the Merry-go-round where we try quarterback after quarterback and live in mediocrity for the foreseeable future.
On the other hand, do we make a play for an elite quarterback with baggage and little money to build a team around him. We could build around him over a couple years and be set up long-term. Or his baggage could rise up and bite us in the a$$.
Fortunately, I’m not the one that has to make this call because as a poster stated previously, 50% of the people will praise you and 50% will curse you.
Regardless of the path you choose.

  39. Allbuccedup Says:

The bucs would have to give 3 first rounders 2 or 3 second rounders and one top player probably either Shaq or Vita. I just don’t see that happening unless the texans lower their price tag which I doubt.

  40. Brandon Jeff Says:

    @ Alvin,
Isn’t that the definition that our judicial system espouses?
“ Innocent until proven guilty “ Apparently your system follows the rule that states “where there is smoke there is fire “ therefore he is guilty. I’m seeing a lot of that attitude on here.

  41. Listnfrmafar Says:

DumbBelle, I refuse to read anymore of your posts unless they are under 1000 words. Doesn’t anyone talk to you at home? Damn man.

I’d be good with giving up Shaq, I think we over-payed for him. He’s largely invisible with JPP hurt

  43. Niles Says:

Taxes, Death, and Rod Munchkin wearing a Jameis Winston FSU jersey bashing Trask without an iota of fact.

  44. Mike Johnson Says:

I think without Watson we are a 500 team for a couple of years, then a perhaps 650 thereafter and maybe a 7 or 8 hundred once Trask takes his lickings within the next 4 yrs. Watson gives us a shot at being a playoff team again immediately..maybe even further. Bucs fans have tasted real winning..real supremacy. And it taste Deeyham good! Make it happen Licht. Sign Watson. Winning is all that matters in the NFL.

  45. Anonymous Says:

I’m ok with giving up Shaq… big contract and don’t think we see crazy production from him anymore

  46. DaBux Says:

Trask needs two more years. Make the trade, restructure and spread the salary out. Watson can get us one or two more boat parades.

  47. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

Brandon Jeff, I am a 30 year attorney. My first five were spent as a prosecutor. If I lost a trial, and I certainly lost some, the verdict comes back as “not guilty.” It does not come back as “innocent.”

  48. ModHairKen Says:

Watson is a loser. As a person and as a player. He’s never accomplished anything in the NFL. He began dictating to Houston like a prima donna. Then the information came out about him abusing the masseurs.

Any team that acquires him is morally bankrupt and desperate. How do you tell your female fans and the entire community that he’s okay?

    Don’t do it Licht.

  49. JimmyJack Says:

Hard pass with Watson we got our QB for the next 10 years. With Trask we got our QB for the next 15. 15 is better then 10.

  50. HomerSimpsonRocks Says:

  51. Brandon Jeff Says:

    Alvin Scissors Harper,
Ok, My bad. I’ll grant you the semantics. My intent was to shed some light
on what seems to be a prevalent attitude on this site that he is
guilty. My son’s ex wife beat herself in the face and called the police. Of course, my son spent 3 days in jail because of that incident and several years trying
to clear his name. Their kids testified that they watched her do it. After he was released, she asked him if he had learned his lesson. These days it seems
that anyone can destroy someone’s life with an unwarranted accusation. Forgive
me for letting this issue get to me.

  52. Joseph Mamma Says:

What he allegedly did, over 20 times, is cool….as long as he didn’t send any mean spirited emails. That is where the bucs draw the moral line in the sand.

  53. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Sh!tlist

Let me translate your response to me.

    Wahhhhhh!!!!!

You made a good point about lawn service contracts with HOA’s and comparing it to TB12 and the Bucs, and because of that I am going to complain that reading 1,000 words plus is to hard.

Remember folks, a thousand words is a little over 1 page typed with no spaces.

    @Sh!tlist is lazy.

  54. Buczy Malone.. Says:

GET WATSON IN HERE..!! ModHairKen how did the New England Patriots tell their women fans and community that Robert Kraft was a freak ..?? How did the Washington Team tell their women fans and community about their owner ..??

  55. Tye Says:

Joseph Momma: The message will be crystal clear if the Bucs acquire Watson…

Mean emails that may or may not be race related will not be tolerated BUT if you degrade and demean Females, that’s completely acceptable…. So what the Bucs have opened doors for female coaches… They will just have to learn to live uncomfortable around Watson or quit!

  56. T REX Says:

No way that human garbage is playing for the Bucs.

    It’s not happening.

The glazers learned from having Winston.

No way they will go through that hell again.

  57. Listnfrmafar Says:

DumbBelle, we all get wordy from time too time but you take it to the next level of spewing irrelevant BS. I’m not sure many want to read your moronic comparison of a HOA landscaping contract to a professional athletes. Your landscaper has an agent? You must pay through the nose. Did you suspend him for four cuttings for deflating his
mower tires? Did he ever skip 3 weeks due to an injury and you paid him in full? Did he ever extend his receivables so you could keep your gardener and pool cleaner? The more you write the more of a dip shat you look like. FREE BRADY! FREE BRADY! FREE BRADY!

  58. Listnfrmafar Says:

Tye, the one point you made regarding women employees being uncomfortable around him is definitely an overlooked potential problem. Bucs fans if Watson is traded to the Bucs, hide your wives and daughters because after he’s done with his civil settlements he may not be able to afford capitalism contracted rub & tugs. That one’s for you DumbBelle.

  59. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Sh!tlist

My HOA, which is compromised of over 1,000 homes, contracts with a lawn service to do all of the HOA’s community homes, clubhouses, dog parks, soccer fields, baseball and softball fields, playgrounds and rec centers.

That’s a part of our monthly HOA fees.

Most people like me who live in Upper/Upper Middle Class Communities understand HOA’s. Sorry that you don’t.

  60. Slacknuts Says:

Bring back Jameis! The guy just flat out produces every week. Knows the offense and we won’t miss a beat!

  61. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @List

Our HOA has a law firm that creates contracts for such services as lawn maintenance.

That’s a part of our monthly HOA fees as well.

Sorry that you didn’t know that.

  62. BelleGladeBuc Says:

Wow, the moderator needs to ban @Listnfrmafar.

@Listnfrmafar’s inference about Watson is exactly what the moderator warned would get you banned from this site.

  63. Listnfrmafar Says:

Sorry DumbBelle I don’t support men that abuse and disrespect women. It’s obvious you do. I am more than familiar with HOA fees I own several condominiums. My point was your stupid comparison. FYI there are ALWAYS additional cost contingencies for unforseen increased cost, for instance the current inflated increase in fuel and equipment, labor etc. Oh and I can’t think of any of the associations I deal with that pay their contractors a year in advance.

  64. ChiBuc Says:

    D. Watson + fat cap hit = 4 and 12 record the last time he played

    1 wildcard playoff win
    2 yrs since he’s played a game
    3+ first round pix
32 mil trade refusing opt out by 2024 contract
    1 aging TE (Brate)
    2 career starts RB (KV)
    Old FA DL, thin secondary…

Sounds like a great fix. By the time his head/body are back in the game and he’s catching on to BA’s offense, BA retires, DeWat bails and/or looking to break the piggyback again, and you’ll be dusting your binoculars off hoping for a TB sighting.

This is a reach for the bucs, but may be a smart move for Seattle.

  65. BigMacAttack Says:

I think Watson was great in College but I wouldn’t take a chance on him especially if it’s more than 1 first round pic. I think Watson gets hurt too much and will be a hust

  66. ChiBuc Says:

I’m guessing you DeWat banner boys are relying on a reverse mortgage for your retirement plan.

  67. JimmyJack Says:

Here is my problem with the 22 alligations against this creep.

We drafted a QB that was invloved in more then a couple incidents in college. For a while he seemed to have grown up…….But eventually his behavior problems reared its ugly head and he got himself suspended and sank an entire season.

A few years later we bring in a troubled reciever and it all seemed to be in the past……Then eventually he went nutjob on the bench and hurt our SuperBowl chances with it.

Bring in Watson and there is a very likely chance his problem wind up hurting our team……..It wasnt just one time he had a bad day and a collapse of judgment. This looks like a problem we gotta hope he can hold together.

  68. JimmyJack Says:

And if Watson comes in I will cheer for him and hope he can put his issues in the past…….but I will always feel like he has issues bubbling beneath the surface……..and we just gotta cross our fingers they dont boil over.

Those saying Watson means we got a franchise QB for 10+ years? Dont hold your breath on that.

  69. BigMacAttack Says:

What qualifies Watson as elite? If nothing else, based on his behavior, he has an attitude problem. He obviously views women as pieces of meat. I think he’s stupid or has a low IQ. I see him as another Cam Newton type with a big head and no goods. I hope Jason Licht doesn’t go down this road. We will be another 20 years of irrelevance.

  70. Pewter Power Says:

Put things in the proper perspective and you realize you don’t have to be a fan of Watson. He’s a public face so it’s easy to pile on but there is human trash out there doing horrible unspeakable things, people read the news and move on. There’s Walter Payton man of the year players and there are guys in the nfl who contribute nothing to society like AB. Is it easier to root for mike evans heck yes but remove your holier than though attitude from the game, it’s about what they do not who they are. Bottom line is whether he can contribute to the team. His demons are his to deal with and if the DA declined to prosecute all we can do is speculate like we did with Winston

  71. Irishmist Says:

Any smart team would choose to deal with Carolina instead of us. Thank God we’re talking about Houston.

  72. Francisco Guzman Says:

Panthers have darnold on their roster. They can’t save any money by cutting him. Someone would have to take him through trade for the panthers to save almost 19 million dollars lol. Also the panthers have a horrible OL.

  73. Francisco Guzman Says:

BigMacAttack the jury is still out on watson for sure but he’s a much better passer than newton.

  74. Joe in Michigan Says:

    BelleGlade: I appreciate your comments.

Listnfrmafar: You were caught talking out of both sides out of your mouth on Watson “quitting on his team”/Brady possibly “not quitting on his team” if he wants to play somewhere else. You have to make up your mind, it can’t be both.

  75. Listnfrmafar Says:

Blowinmichigan & DumbBelle, a pair that beats a full house. If I write slower maybe you’ll be able to comprehend the difference. Watson said he wanted out and wasn’t happy with the team management and Bill O’Brien especially what went down with Hopkins. He REFUSED to play. Tom Brady on the other hand ONLY to sign the extension to free up cap space so Licht could resign the players from 2020. Yes DumbBelle it’s a legal contract for the betterment of the team. If you two morons can’t understand the difference between the two or Brady’s intent then you deserve Watson. The more I think of it the more BA sickens me when he boast it will take 5 1st round draft picks or Brady goes no where just shows what type of loser he really is. I don’t recall Licht or the Glaizers confirming that claim. I guess we’ll see if the good guy finishes last. Funny Bucs may go from Ritchie Cunningham to Fat Albert.

  76. Jerry Says:

    Listnfrmafar,
Has Tom Brady asked to be traded? Has he asked to be released? No. Publicly all he’s said is he wants to retire. And he has. He’s apparently already filed the paperwork. Everything else is media speculation.

But lets say for a moment he does want out. So you want the Bucs to just release him and get no compensation, and take the cap hit, so he can go on and play for the 49ers and win a super bowl there? And we agree to do this because Tom did the team a solid last year by restructuring? Is that standard practice in the NFL for teams to just release players from contracts after doing restructures? Of course not.

The Patriots wouldnt just release him either, by the way if it were up to them. Belechick would demand something for him. Brady left because his contract was up and was a free agent. Gronkowski was still under contract there and we gave a 4th rounder for the Pats to release him to us.

  77. brooks Says:

    waste

  78. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Sh!tlist

You have to be a special kind of stupid.

First @Sh!tlist makes claims about Watson that Joe said he would ban anybody from his site for.

A grand jury found there to be no probable cause for charges, thus making your statements about Watson towards women slanderous. I hope Joe reads your posts @Listnfrmafar about Watson and BSN’s you like he said he would.

    Good riddance.

Second, intent is irrelevant in regards to contracts. The court only cares about what is or what is not in the contract. Intent falls into the category of what is not.

The only thing that matters is the terms of the contract ad far ad the judge/federal arbitrator judge is concerned.

Third, sorry you don’t live in a community that has a law firm under contract to negotiate contracts. When you live in an HOA with as many houses and amenities as I do, the country club is awesome, you don’t deal with smaller companies for lawn service.

  79. Mord Says:

If nothing else, this story helps drive Carolina to overpay.

  80. Listnfrmafar Says:

Wow DumbBelle, I didn’t know if you lived in the maintenance shed you had to pay a HOA fee. Once again twist my words, all I said was what the intent was when Brady signed NOT that it was grounds to void the contact. Oh last I checked condominiums in the Boston area were priced a wee bit higher than a 55+ community in Tampa with an attached GC. I’ll be in Napels soon maybe I can take you on a boat ride.

  81. Buccos Says:

HOA’s are for losers. Why don’t you get a real house on the water where your neighbors can’t say sh!t about sh!t!

  82. Listnfrmafar Says:

Wasn’t aware you paid for HOA fee when you live in the maintenance shed. Perry Mason, I mentioned Brady’s intent never said it voids the contract. I’ll be in Naples soon, DumbBelle if you’re a good boy maybe I’ll take you on a boat ride.

  83. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Sh!tlist

I don’t like boats or fishing from them. Waste of good money and time.

It’s also a great way to increase your chance of skin cancer, so with that in mind, knock yourself out if you want.

  84. BelleGladeBuc Says:

    @Sh!tlist

You stated that the TB12’s intent entitled TB12 to get out of the contract.

Numerous other posters on this site called you on that.

You know that malignant skin cancer can invade your brain. From all your boat talk and your inability to remember what you wrote, I suggest you see a dermatologist quick.

Joe you couldn’t Habsburg sad it any better we are a playoff team a quarterback away. Let’s make all these free agents like Grunke and Carlton Davis wish they stayed for one more run with Watson. Players will be flocking here in free agency. This is on Leicht make it happen Jason!!!!!!!!

  87. Nick2 Says:

I’m not sure we’re Hapsburg came in LOL

  88. Esteban85 Says:

Licht said it before: you cant leverage your future for any one player. We should not be giving up 3 first rounders and a stud considering we could find a better qb in the upcoming drafts. Watson has had one good year and he comes with baggage. Guess what the same could be said for Jamie’s Winston. Build in the draft and be patient. If you build it they will come.

So I started to imagine what a moron like DumbBelle would look like, it didn’t take long with a IQ like his Bill Murray in Caddy Shack came to mind. I could easily see him living in the maintenance shack paying a HOA fee even though there is no need. Loving life at Bushwood CC dressed in his fatigues hunting rodents. Probably for a food source. A noble cause. Glaring at the bay with a tear in his eye as I cruise by and give him a slight wave. I hit the nail on the head right DumbBelle?

If that happens I’m finding a new team (again). Can’t root for that guy.

The sign of a weak mind is the inability to address the topic in a debate.

A weak mind ignores the topic and makes excuses for why they ignore, using nonsense attacks to distract.

TB12’s contract and his poor QB play in the playoff games against the Packers has been our debate.

We could focus on TB12’s horrible QB play for most of the LA Rams Playoff Game this year.

We could focus on how TB12 needs a top 10 defense like the Bucs defense was in 2020, but unfortunately our defense was nowhere near that caliber this year and they didn’t play well in the playoff game against the Rams.

But thank you for showing the world how weak of a mind that you have. I’m living rent free in that shed you built for me in your head.

Like I said during this past season when we were a real threat to win the Super Bowl, AGAIN, who cares about draft picks as long as we win the Super Bowl !! But instead we stood fast , let the LA SCAMS trade away all their pics , and won the Super Bowl. Our window was LAST SEASON. When our corner back’s got hurt , they stood by and let the PANTHERS get Steph Gilmore for a 6th round pick ! When our WRs went down , we put in ,,,,, I can’t even remember his name , J Darlen or something. Instead of getting a real WR to take the heat off Evans .. I’m a fan no matter what they do , but I believe our window was last season and it’s DONE. Go Bucs

  98. Bbro Says:

DON’T GO SPENDING A BUNCH OF $ ON A QB THAT COMES WITH A $hitload of baggage I’d rather choose Mariota but I’d be more into spending $ on keeping Jensen &Vita then play the qb’s we have

Listnfrmafar …YOU are NOT a Bucs fan.

Well looks like it doesn’t matter since Brady is coming back but y’all people on Watson like it hasn’t been proven many fake allegations happen to famous people or people in general with dang near half the allegations being false nowadays I don’t understand how so much of the population doesn’t care that it ruins their lives, I’d understand if there was significant evidence but I never understand how 18 or so women randomly accuse and the whole world of Twitter is like “guilty now” even though it’s proven when alleged in packs they’re typically false especially among famous people. In the end we live in America he’s innocent til he’s thrown in jail and if they agree to take money they never cared in the first place.
