Doesn’t like crystal balls.

Roster set (for now).
This is sure to change soon as general manager Jason Licht scans the waiver wire for help and makes offers, likely at offensive line, cornerback and running back. He’s already on the hunt for a long-snapper as he unloaded both previously on the roster.
Per NFL rules, cuts were made leaguewide this afternoon and here is your current Bucs 53-man roster by position. [read more]

Bucs GM Jason Licht.
[Updated: 4:28 p.m.] The worst part of the calendar year for shot-callers of any NFL team has begun.
Per Greg Auman of The Athletic, the first shoe to drop as the Bucs begin to whittle their roster down to 53 players by 4 p.m. Saturday is a no-brainer. It is fourth-string quarterback Austin Allen.
Feel free to comment below on cuts through Saturday as Joe updates this post frequently. [read more]

It looks like the Chicago Bears also believe in the close-game theory.
With a 5-11 record last year just like the Bucs, and a 2-6 record in one-score games with the NFL’s 10th-ranked defense, the Bears just made a very bold move. [read more]

You know how you’ve always made fun of that guy or girl in your league who takes Aaron Rodgers too early? Or Tom Brady? Or maybe Deshawn Watson this year? Well, everything changes when you play in a 2QB league and Todd took his personal league into that great unknown for 2018.
.
In this edition of The Todd Wright Fantasy Football Podcast, Todd gives you a full review of how he studies these leagues, the elevated draft value of quarterbacks and ultimately how it played out in a live draft among his owners this week. In addition to quarterbacks going much higher than in traditional leagues that start just one at that position, the ripple effect on other players is very intriguing. Think about it: With many QB’s going up on boards, that means some other household names at running back and wide receiver have to drop to make room. Who dropped and how far?
.
Listen to the podcast and find out. (Here’s a hint: Todd took Jarvis Landry in the seventh round and Tevin Coleman in round 12) Remember, Todd is also hosting a second event at Hooters for the season opener on Thursday, September 6th. There will be plenty of fantasy football talk, prizes and of course those world famous Hooters girls. For your invitation (and you can bring up to three guests), just reach out to
