The bad news: starting right guard Alex Cappa won’t be able to overcome his elbow injury and he’s been ruled out of Sunday’s game. And kick/punt returner T.J. Logan broke his thumb in practice and is out, as well. Receiver Scotty Miller (hamstring) will miss another game.
Justin Watson will take over as punt returner, and Dare Ogunbowale will hand kick return duties.
