Update.
In his day-after presser, Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians said injured right tackle Tristan Wirfs has a chance to play Sunday in the divisional round game.
Joe does not want to think about the Bucs playing the Rams without 2/3 of its three Pro Bowl offensive linemen. Having Aaron Donald and Von Miller go against a rookie and a less than average backup is a total recipe for disaster.
Arians said if neither Wirfs nor backup Josh Wells can go, then Alex Cappa would play right tackle and Aaron Stinnie would play right guard.
And that could maim Tom Brady.

High standards.
Yesterday afternoon on his media Zoom call after the game, Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians was positively giddy about curb-stomping the Eagles.
Well, except for one thing. (more…)

For the first time in 19 years, the Bucs won a home playoff game (the Super Bowl was not a home game). And as a result of yesterday’s win and the 49ers beating the Cowboys, the Bucs will host two playoff games in the same postseason for the first time since 1979. And just like that season, the Bucs started the playoffs by alley-beating the Eagles! What a Victory Monday! Get your java and let’s f’ing go! (more…)

New talent.
One of the greatest plays in Bucs history, if not one of the greatest plays in Tampa Bay sports history, was in the NFC Championship game last year when Scotty Miller caught a bomb from Tom Brady in the final seconds of the first half. It proved to be the winning touchdown. (more…)

Nearly goose egged the Eagles.
Only one postgame subject had Bucs Super Bowl-winning coach Bucco Bruce Arians less than over-the-top happy. (more…)
