Next Bucs Playoff Game 3 p.m. Sunday

January 17th, 2022

The NFL released its schedule for the Division Round games next week and we have a good idea who the Bucs will play and we now know when.

The Bucs will host the winner of tonight’s Arizona-Los Angeles game at 3 p.m. on Sunday. The game will be broadcast on NBC. so it’s a good shot that Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth will be in town.

It doesn’t hurt to start stocking up on Big Storm Brewery beers tonight. No need to fight the crowds later in the week.

Division Round schedule

Saturday, Jan. 22

AFC: 4:30 p.m. (ET) Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans (CBS, Paramount+)

NFC: 8:15 p.m. (ET) San Francisco 49ers at Green Bay Packers (FOX, FOX Deportes)

Sunday, Jan. 23

NFC: 3 p.m. (ET) Arizona Cardinals or Los Angeles Rams at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NBC, Peacock, Universo)

AFC: 6:30 p.m. (ET) Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs (CBS, Paramount+)

I see Titans-Chiefs in the AFC. NFC is up for grabs. I’m hoping Cards pull of the upset, a better matchup for the Bucs.

Niners have the best D among these teams, and possibly the best running game, although Shanahan’s plays are predictable (fake rollouts, pitchouts, jet sweeps, etc). Cowboys self-destructed for 4 quarters and almost caught up anyway.

Whichever team is physically tougher and healthier survives.

I’m a huge Patriots fan, since they were Boston Patriots. I lived in Rochester NY 1969 to 1992, really got caught up into the Jim Kelly era. It was fun. As a Brady big time fan I’m now caught into the Brady Bucs era and having a blast as I now know who all the Bucs players are. GREAT GUYS, GREAT COACHES. My son in law, a Dolphin fan, thinks I’m not loyal to my Patriots. Well I’m having a blast, he isn’t. I’m enjoying these Bucs as much as any team I’ve rooted. How fortunate we are to have these moments with the Tampa Bay Bucs.

    Shannahan is predictable?

    What?

Cmon now. 49ers can beat packers…if bosa and wagner play. Bosa head and wagner ankle . Would love to see pack and karen go down

And would love to see cards pull upset and win tonight. Rams are tougher matchup obviously . But if rams , we are at home where its so much more consistent play. and defense playing better. But rams offense way better then eagles. And mccay seems to know what we are doing. Still i think we can win even with all these injuries if brady plays like the GOAT…no turnovers…and defense plays like defense of last playoffs. White looked jacked up to have his buddy lavonte back.

I’d rather play the rams. Their past several games proves to me that they are very beatable, especially coming to RJS. Look at our previous three games against them. They had a better team in 2019 n we put up 55 points on them with a win n INT Winston at qb. They barely beat us in 2020 n 2021, respectively. We gave away the game this year because we didn’t take advantage of their mistakes. We can’t drop potential ints against them like we did this year against them n Philly. Our DB’s must rid themselves of brick hands. If we play playoff Bucs ball we win. I do not want to play Arizona because our lineman n linebackers would tire out running all over the place trying to chase KMurray, which put our defense at high risk of injuries. If TWirfs can’t go then put in RHainsey. MEvans n GBernard had big game against rams earlier this
    year. Next man up!

I am hoping the Cards eliminate the Rams tonight.
We do not match up well against the Rams, who have already beat us.

FIRST OFF TY JESUS FOR THE WIN YESTERDAY
    KNOW JESUS KNOW PEACE
    NO JESUS NO PEACE
A TANGIBLE RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS SAVES
    WHILE RELIGION ITSELF KILLS…

REMEMBER THE RAMS BEAT US WITH ALL OUR CORNERS HURT
REMEMBER AT FULL STRENGTH WE BEAT THEM IN LA 55-30 or something like that the year before last..ANYWAY I GUESS I RATHER PLAY THE CARDS BUT NOT AT ALL AFRAID TO PLAY RAMS…PLUS STAFFORD IS ON A MAJOR DECLINE

Will BA be released from the padded room he shares with AB by then? No matter who it is, short week & flying east.

This should be an incredible weekend for NFL football I know that I along with millions of fans across the world will be glued to my TV/PC. (I do not have tickets for RayJay and I won’t be joining any crowds at a particular drinking establishment this week.)

We who live in Tampa Bay or otherwise support the Bucs are truly blessed at this time. (Yes, I am truly free. I know peace.)

    Go Bucs!

The Rams coaching is the only reason to favour facing the Cards. But really, I don’t see a team in the NFC that matches up well with us right now. And the Niners match up incredibly well with the Packers if Jimmy doesn’t throw foolish INTs (big if). We could be hosting the NFC title game.

Yea “predictable” is about the last word I would use for the SF offense. It’s all built around misdirection and deception.
