Report: Rob Gronkowski, Richard Sherman Expected To Play

October 30th, 2021

Status.

Adam Schefter is Mr. NFL Insider.

And as Schefter is wont to do, he lets news trickle out throughout the weekend on tips of player availability he learns as he works his sources.

This afternoon, Schefter twittered out that both foot-rubbing, car-littering film guru tight end Rob Gronkowski and veteran corner Richard Sherman are expected to play tomorrow when the Bucs face the slimy Saints.

No, Schefter didn’t mention Lavonte David or any other Bucs player other than Gronk and Sherman.

You may wager accordingly.

  1. Chris@Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

So glad we have BOTH of these guys back!
Gronk is nearly unstoppable in the red zone, and is a trusted safety valve for Brady if he is under pressure.

  2. Bojim Says:

Only if we need them please.

  3. Cobraboy Says:

“Veteran Corner Player-Coach” Richard Sherman, please.

    Proper respect.

  4. Medicated Pete Says:

This is going to be a physical game. Pete’s worried sick about more injuries. I hope the team doctor brought plenty of calamine lotion & mercurochrome

  5. Listnfrmafar Says:

Shocked about Gronk, Sherman’s must not of been severe.

  6. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Let’s go Gronk!
I feel a lot better and I already felt pretty good.

  7. SOEbuc Says:

Let Gronk just kick the tires a little bit before the bye. If he can remain healthy, all is well for the second half of the season.

  8. Swampbuc Says:

Gronk’’s there to block, baby. And be a decoy. No way they put him and his ribs out there for Demario Davis to crack.

  9. Mike C Says:

Ok Swampbuc (AKA Trollbuc) you still giving 10 points?

  10. D-Rok Says:

    Pete,
You lost me when you failed to cite chloroform.
    GO BUCS!! 🙂

  11. DoooshLaRue Says:

    Gronk to help block, huh?
I wonder which side he’ll line up on?

    Mystery

  12. crazybucs_CL Says:

ok RSh, but total against Gronk playing tomorrow. SP is going to design how to hurt him……after bye week for him.

  13. Medicated Pete Says:

    @ D-Rok

#13 needs a chloroform rag to put in Lattimore’s face

  14. Kobe Faker Says:

    “24 hours from now

What would happen to this website if Winston and the Saints beat the Bucs tommorrow?

A- Fire Arians and the whole coaching staff

B- Bench Brady and start Gainesville Quarterback Trask

    C- Hire Jon Gruden

D- Buy a Winston Jersey and become a Saints fan”

    Kobd Faker

  15. SOEbuc Says:

Joe who are these fake azz Bucs fans that hate all day on Mike Evans and Latimore. They’re focusing waaay too far before the Brady era. We had Jameis for five years two years ago.

  16. David Says:

Having Gronk available to block and release is huge.

Sherman back is also very good simply because of depth. I don’t think he was playing any better than Dean or Delaney at this point.

  17. David Says:

On another note… I hope the scouts are looking at George’s defense because they have a lot of players at every level that should end up playing on Sunday

  18. Mary Says:

This kid is gonna give me a heart-attack

  19. BucsandPatsFan Says:

Re: Gronk – “ just blocking “ turned into a broken arm in New England days….
Careful ! Especially against desperate division rival

  20. Jim Payne Says:

I hope I’m wrong but I expect a close game. If I were a betting man I would be very tempted to take to points.

  21. Crickett Baker Says:

I wasn’t worried at all until I see Ingram and Kamara teaming up again. But if we can’t beat Jaymisses ass we have no chance against Aaron. I think we got this but I will continue to worry a bit.

  22. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I was hoping that we could bring Myron Lewis out of retirement….but I guess that’s too much to hope for.

  23. Buc1987 Says:

    “You may wager accordingly.”

Is this a gambling advice website now?

  24. Infomeplease Says:

Go Bucs!!! Don’t let this one slip away!!! Stop AK and this game is over!!! A pick six or two from JW!!! Three or four sacks for good measure!!! Maybe throw in a Darden punt return for a score!! Play clean and kick some major ash!!!!!!!!!!! GO BUCS!!!!!!!!!?!

  25. 2021 Year of the GOAT Says:

devin or tyrone will be on karmara…. that will slow him down…

  26. Tim R. Says:

Sherman will add to an improved secondary. If Gronk is truly ready to go out on passing routs then play him. Tom Brady is going to start the game with getting the ball out quickly. The tight ends could be early targets and the backs as well. After a few short complete passes the middle of the field mày open up for Godwin and Johnson. Evans will consume Latimore however he will still get open at times. The Saints have more than an adequate defense but Brady will set them up and then start to pick them apart. I truly believe that he will take what is given and soon after begin to make them look at only average.

  27. E.V. Says:

CHICAGO HAD WHAT THE NUMBER 8 DEFENSE??? WHAT DID WE DO TO THEM WITHOUT GRONK AND SHERMAN ETC??? THE SAINTS HAVE IDK DEFENSE IS IT NUMBER 7?? IF WE DON’T GET 3 INTERCEPTIONS, 3 FUMBLES, AND 5 PLUS SACKS AND SCORE 50 THAN WERE NO GOOD. SAINTS BARELY BEAT SEATTLE WHICH IS WHAT RANKED NUMBER 28 IN DEFENSE??? AND GOING AGAINST GENO SMITH AND THEY BARELY WON 13-10. JUST WANNA KNOW WHY SO MUCH PRAISE FOR SAINTS WHEN THEY GOT 1 PLAYER ON OFFENSE WHICH IS KAMARA AND SAINTS DEFENSE IS SUPPOSED TO BE GREAT WELL CHICAGO THOUGHT THERE DEFENSE WAS GREAT TILL WE SPANKED THEM HARD AND COULD OF SPANKED THEM HARDER. LIKE THE LAST 2 GAMES BRADY CAME OUT WITH 8 MINUTES REMAINING IN FOURTH QUARTER. 8 MINUTES BRADY COULD OF SCORED ANOTHER 3-5 TOUCHDOWNS. AND WE WERE MISSING LIKE 5 PLUS PLAYERS. PUT IT THIS WAY WE LOST TO CHICAGO BY ONE POINT LAST YEAR. BRADY REMEMBERED. BRADY REMEMBERS AGAIN AND NEW ORLEANS AND WINSTON IS GOING TO BE THROWING A FEW PICK SIXES TODAY. SER HOW ARE DEFENSE IS LETTING OPPONENTS TO SCORE LESS AND LESS EVEEY WEEK EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOT AT 100 PERCENT???? BUCS RUN THE TABLE ALL THE WAY AGAIN!!!!!

  28. E.V. Says:

GOOD TIMING TO SPANK SAINTS THEN BYE WEEK THEN REST OF NFC CAN START TAKING EARLY VACATIONS. BECAUSE AFTER BYE WEEK WELL BE 100 PERCENT HOPEFULLY NO OTHER MAJOR INJURIES. RAMS AREN’T GOING ANYWHERE, ARIZONA IS NOT EITHER ONLY TEAM IF THERE HEALTHY IN NFC IS DALLAS WHICH WILL BE DALLAS AT TAMPA BAY AND TAMPA WINS AND WE GO TO SUPERBOWL AGAIN AND WIN IT ALL…
