Jason Licht Updates Antonio Brown Status

Published reports this morning from various sources are that furniture-tossing, bicycle-throwing Antonio Brown has not yet passed a physical in order to sign with the Bucs.
A Bucs suit today seemed to throw cold water on this saga.
Last month Brown’s agent claimed the Bucs and Brown had reached an agreement to rejoin forces for the 2021 campaign. He has yet to pass his physical, Bucs coach Bucco Bruce Arians claimed this week. This morning (Wednesday), Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht was asked point-blank by JoeBucsFan.com columnist Ira Kaufman for the “Eye Test For Two” podcast if Brown would be with the Bucs this fall.
Licht said he has no “concern” Brown will not be playing for the Bucs.
Ira Kaufman: Hey Jason, I would be remiss — you know me — so I have to ask about the Antonio Brown situation. Are you concerned, Jason, is there a chance he will not be a Buccaneer in 2021?
Jason Licht: No, not concerned. The plan all along is to have him come in — I think he is coming in Monday to sign.
Kaufman: OK. So not a big issue, Jason?
Licht: No. Nope.
So now the mystery begins. Is Brown physically able to play for your world champion Bucs, or has he just not been able to find the right doctor to rubber-stamp his physical?
Monday should be a fun day.

IMHO, he wouldn’t tell Ira that if it were a big deal. I think he will be good by Sept. We are so stocked at receiver now, he is a great luxury to have.

just came out that brown had knee surgery recently to clean up some stuff. should be ready to go in a few weeks.

And Jason Licht, the general manager, said this morning there are no concerns and expects Brown to sign next week.
So either something happened since the “other podcast” was recorded or someone is conning somebody.

chucks bikes and furniture around a rubber room while wearing a michelin man outfit, so to not get injured himself…
