Bucs Rush Defense “Flat Out Pathetic”

October 29th, 2010

Ron Wolfley, John Gambadoro, Mark Asher and Doug Franz of KTAR-AM 620 in Phoenix discuss the Bucs-Cardinals game Sunday. The constant theme in this video seems to be that Beanie Wells is going to run the ball right up the Bucs’…

You may be surprised at the predicted score at the end of the video.

What’s our rank against the run again? Lol

  2. Buc You Says:

The Bucks are the best team in the NFC, I don’t know why these guys even question them?

  3. Buc You Says:

    Make that Bucs… thanks iPhone

  4. Troxell8t8 Says:

I find it rather amusing when writers or “experts” believe “bulletin board” material will somehow fire up one team to beat another. Yeah, like the Cards will execute better because of what Coach Rah said in a press conference. Do these guys really get paid for rolling this stuff out?

  5. JDouble Says:

It’s comical that these guys are calling our 31st ranked run D pathetic, while thier cardinals are ranked 29th. Seriously?

Atleast our pass defenses is ranked 6th….what yours Cardinal fans? Oh that’s right…21st. Put that with the worst offense in all major catagories, are they need a big glass of STFU.

I think this is our first dominant butt whooping of the year. I think we start fast for once, Benn has a coming out game, Blount has 100+ yards rushing, and we destroy thier uselsss excuse of a QB. I’m calling 27-10 Bucs win.

  6. BMA Says:

Uh yeah, cha cha, the Cardinals are 29’th against the run giving up a 141.3 yds per game. Somehow these Bozo’s see that as an advantage. They’re offense is even worse when you look at the stats, and their quarterback is a joke. On paper this may be the worst team the Bucs play all year.

If Beanie is on your fantasy, sit him. The Bucs stopped a better running game in the 2’nd half last week. Something may be starting to click on their defense. This week’s X-Faxtor is Ronde Barber , and our D line needs to rush with their hands up against a short QB that has already been beaten up.

    Cool Video Format though.

Bucs lay and Ass Whooping, 34-10 Blunt 100 yards 2 td and Freeman gets 2 td.

Talib has a bounce back game and taks a quick slant to the house for the first time.

  9. Gavster Says:

They have 0 ability to be unbiased I like old schools video because he is at least more reasonable in his views of the bucs matchup

  10. Pete 422 Says:

Did Ron Wolfley just get back from a run before he shot that? Talk about bias. For the second guy, did they just come across a guy working the register at a local store? Who puts these things together?

I’m with Kyle on this game. Load the box, stop the run and make them pass the ball. Their defense sucks, get up early and pound the rock.

  11. Westcoastbucsfan Says:

Haha, thats what I was thinking Pete. They shot the video as if they were just walking around talking to random people. Who the f**k do these guys think they are, honestly? They are sounding a lot like Bucs fans before we played Pittsburgh.

The whole video was totally biased and it was absolutely hilarious, “theres no doubt in my mind Cardinals win this game”. What a joke. They just lost to Seattle. I would like to see their video for next week but they probably wont mention how they were DEAD WRONG about the Bucs. That last guy really pissed me off. I think this will be a close game but because of his prediction I hope we totally blow them out. GO BUCS!!!

  12. Fish Says:

Yeah these guys are terribly biased. The Cards kind of blow. Bad offense, bad defense and what do you have? A Buccaneers win.

Did one of them say that “I have no doubt in my mind that the Cardinals win this game?” Even if they win, it’s not going to be by “two touchdowns.” Jackass.

However, I do kind of wish our sports writers were just a tad more optimistic like these pricks. Ok, maybe not like those guys, but you get the point…

Now that was so funny. I had to wake my girl up to see that…24-10 Bucs, I am still laughing.

Im not even going to bother watching what the homers for this team have to say. This team doesn’t have a legitimate NFL QB on their roster. Assuming the Bucs don’t turn the ball over a bunch of times there is no way this team will beat them. In fact this team really shouldn’t win many more games if any for the rest if the season. Really this is probably the least talented set of QB’s in the NFL. Max Hall- undrafted rookie who was undrafted for a reason. Does not have the physical tools for the NFL. Derek Anderson- Well the Browns signed Jake Delhomme to replace him and felt that was an upgrade!!! Enuff said there! It will take more than a 100 yard rusher for the Cards to win. It will take a bunch of turnovers. If the Bucs run Blount and protect the ball this should be their first blowout win.

Trust Joe, it’s worth it. 🙂

  16. gitarlvr Says:

Yeah I understand the two guys harping on the run game, but what kind of drugs was that last guy on? Lol. A comment by the opposing head coach is the reason why his team will win? I cant believe that guy gets paid for analysis like that. LOL. Maybe their defense will play better with the home crowd noise but those two QB’s would be hard pressed to play good in a UFL game let alone any NFL stadium.
