As Joe has stated previously, with Tampa Bay picking at No. 9, Joe looks to the Bucs selecting quite possibly the third-best player at his position in the draft.
At No. 9, whatever position the Bucs turn to, defensive end or corner, it is very possible that the best two players at either position will be gone. That is why Joe is inclined to look at the third-best player for a possible target. [read more]
