Hello from the state capital of Indiana (across the street from the Indiana state capital in fact) where Joe is presently at the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine at the Indiana Convention Center (nee: Hoosier Dome) in rainy, warm downtown Indianapolis. Both Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht and winning Bucs coach Dirk Koetter are expected to hold press conferences this morning.
