If nothing changes at HC, and we don’t get great coordinators that can really develop and coach up the team, we ae basically waiting one more year to start the gut and rebuild. Hope I’m wrong: but I guess that is the way it is. All I can say to older Buc fans is live right and stay heathy, if you hope to be around to see a really good Bucs team again. It might be a long, long time.

Some personnel decisions have to be questioned.
Bucs paid Russel Gage and let Jordan Whitehead go.
Bucs drafted K Trask and there were more than 1 capable secondary players available.
Bucs did not address the retirement of Marpet- they signed Mason to replace Cappa, and were relying on backups to replace a pro bowler.
Relied on rookies to replace a HOFer at TE.
The past 2 DLine draft choices have not been productive to put it mildly.
Everyone loves to blame the coaches, but JL has some explaining to do.

They addressed Marpet– Aaron Stinnie would have been fine (of course just presumes he has two intact knees)

I have a few good buddies who are cowboys fans and they HATE Kellen Moore and his schemes / play calls.

When you have zero pass rush, you generally lose. We only got any kind of pass rush on corner blitzes. Prescott read them, and made us pay.
