  1. Strider ....Sec 147 Says:

Heck yes and I am buying 5 seats up from the 3 I had last season. Go Jameis!!!! Went to all the games and 1 road game to ATL got my life threatened over there cheering for Jameis and Kwon great game probably going to Carolina game this year 😁

  2. Jacko101 Says:

    Yes

  3. Tampa Tony Says:

Not enough fans who claim to be die hards are season pass holders. I have fun at the games but I’d have even more fun if they won

  4. Fsuking Says:

Yes! Wouldn’t miss a game for nothing. I know one other person like me in Tampa. We have don’t have great fans

  5. Mike Johnson Says:

Back in the day I actually had season tickets for 2 yrs. Presently, I would not spend a dime to see the Bucs. Yes,,Jameis had a good year. But opposing teams and their offenses had better. I find me and my buddies have more fun partying at my place while eating cheap snacks. guzzling a few drinks and watching the games. Not only do we save cash, We don’t have to drive home..pissed off because we lost. Put a winning product on the field and more fans will come back. Its no fun spending your hard earned cash to see the Bucs and they lose games..consistently.

  6. ChanEpic Says:

Yes, and I am VERY excited about next season.

  7. ChanEpic Says:

FSU King – So true, I grew up in Tampa but I live in Tallahassee and it is hard finding Tampa friends with Season Tickets but I have a few up here that do. The Jameis effect, I’m sure.

  8. MtBucsFan Says:

I wish!! Flights from Montana to Florida are not cheap lol. Was when we lived in Fl lol.

  9. BUCSJUNKIE Says:

I am definitely on the fence with this. I just moved back this year and really want to get season tickets, but still want to be sure the Bucs (ownership) is as committed to winning as us rabid fans are before I fork out money that I could use to buy another kick ass tattoo! lol

  10. Tampa Tony Says:

Waiting on the excuses in 3, 2, 1…

  11. PH Jim Says:

I have had season tickets since 1978. The early years, end zone seats were $8.00. The games were more entertaining back then compared to the past 6 to 8 years. Not sure why I still have tickets.

  12. Buc1987 Says:

Getting damn close to buying them. Got my wife at around 60% in favor. It’s going to take more than that though. I’m working on her though.

Too many Bucs fans irritate me though when I go to games. Just hitting on their freaking hands when our D is on the field. It pisses me off to no end. So it’s tough going to games on that alone.

I’m a fan, no matter what. Win or lose. I’m loud from start to finish, no matter the score. I can tolerate the losing. When I turn around at Bucs games and see fans just chilling on their DAMN phones when our DEFENSE is out on the field, it infuriates me. Forget the losing.

Gawd damn you all that do that!!!

My wife feels the same way and doesn’t want to get me to upset. Health reasons and all. I’m working on her though.

  13. Buc1987 Says:

    sitting*

    damnnn it.

  14. Buc1987 Says:

Okay NEW SIGN for the home opener.

“Get Off Your Phones & Be Loud”

Oh yeah it’s coming to the home opener. I always go to the opener.

  15. Cobraboy Says:

I was from ’87 to ’08 when I moved to the DR.

Section 110, last row, seats 10 & 11, awesome location.

I witnessed some really bad football in those years broiling in the Sombrero, and some of the best ever played in the NFL when the cannons roared.

Great times, memories and fantastic seatmates…

  16. Phil Says:

Would love to be a season ticket holder but would be a bit of a stretch coming from the UK every week. Therefore I have to be content with watching on NFL game pass every week !

  17. Espo Says:

    Not an excuse Phil!

I am but honestly it’s gifted to me. I fear the day I’ll have to buy my own. I’m a somewhat new daddy (1 yr) and apparently my boy needs food and shelter. I also can’t wait until he can start coming to the games. Best memories of my childhood at the sombrero and RayJ. Hope my son can enjoy it too. If only they’d start dominating again!

  18. RustyRhinos Says:

Strider, I hope you come back to Atl game, I went with 3 other Bucs fans we where loud and proud, we had a great time with the falcon fans in section 301. Some got but hurt we where loud and proud of our team not theirs, but that is to bad. It could have been the Atlbucsfan tailgate we went to, had lots of food and drink, all we could drink and eat. They also had a deal set up for out of town fans to stay at the marriot 2 blocks from the stadium.

I have gone to charlotte stadium saw several great games and a few bad losses. Watched Mr. Sims guve it his all in that field. Watched Mr. Barber get his 20th sac and another int in the same game. Fun times. I think we will plan on going to Atlanta game, Charlotte game, maybe New Orleans game this season. Not sure abou getting to Tampa this season. We are excited here in NE Georgia about our Bucs!

  19. Couch Fan Says:

Love how season tickets is apparently the only way to be a “die hard” lmao. Ridiculously stupid.

  20. Mort Says:

No, I live in Tulsa, OK. Otherwise, yes I would.

  21. Tampa Tony Says:

Couch, if you live locally and have the means but don’t go to games how can you be a die hard?

Nothing bette than being at the stadium live

  22. Couch Fan Says:

I think anyone that is still a Bucs fan after these last many years of futility and stupidity, is a die hard regardless if they go to games or not. But thats just me.

  23. JollyBucsFan Says:

“thinking about buying” however it should read, planning to buy as I most definitely am. Just waiting for my raise

  24. Espo Says:

What Tampa Tony said! Emphasis on “if you have the means.”

  25. Stevek Says:

    1987,

The fans have every right to be on their phones at the games. As GMC proclaims, “just have fun”. I believe fans will bring some more intensity once the team starts playing better. Locke Smith was much much more worse than Schiano. The Freemanites and Tampa Deuce Mafia are a bunch of misguided fans.

  26. Eastsidebuc Says:

I WAS a season pass member through Raheem, Schiano, and Lovie. I’ve seen this movie before and it sucks! Consistency will bring me and my squad back. BTW is the commentor “Tampa Tony” THE Tampa Tony? Like 80s Tampa rapper that spit flames on Rock it Rod tapes? Just curious. Thanks

  27. BuccaneerBonzai Says:

Had 10 at one point. Treated underprivileged kids to games.

But that was a while ago. I no longer have the tickets.

  28. I'm tired and 87 is right Says:

Going on my 4th season as a season ticket holder. I have been traveling from Palm Beach Gardens ever since too! Not going to lie it’s been hard these last few seasons being a fan, but every year I see us getting closer and closer to being the best again. Thankful to have Jameis as our QB, and do believe our coach has the right passion to win. I’m excitied for our future! I also believe everything happens for a reason so maybe we are starting to turn the corner. We’re also going to be traveling to CALI for the 49ers game this year with ticker holders next to us. Go Bucs!!

  29. tickrdr Says:

I shared a pair of season tickets in Section 309 for a couple of years with my buddy, and put my name on the waiting list in 2003 or 2004, which was reportedly more than 100,000 long, which was definitely NOT true. I was on vacation on a cruise ship in Montreal, when I got the call that seats were available; less than four months after I went on that waiting list! I have had two seats in Section 234 of the East Club Seats, Row AA, Seats 3-4 ever since then.
I still believe I have “chosen wisely” (Raiders of the Lost Ark reference), because our seats are at ~ the 22 yd line, where much of the action is, and even better we are about five rows from the top of our section, with the Crow’s Nest concession stand to the right, and the little boys’ room to the left at the top of the stairs. And, best of all, we are beneath the “skyboxes” which means we are dry in the rain, and shaded for large portions of the game!
You can’t beat that with a stick!

    tickrdr

  30. ndog Says:

Yep and have been since 1996.

  31. jb Says:

I’ve had our seats since day one in 1976. I was 22 when we talked my dad into getting them. I’m 62 now, my entire adult life has been surrounded first by my family. I had no children, wasn’t even married in 1976, today I have 5 kids and 10 grandkids….then the Bucs. I’ve missed perhaps 10 to 12 games over the years.
We have incredibly good seats in the first row just to the side of the Buccaneers bench, which is one of the main reasons I’ve kept them all these years. I can understand how fans become frustrated and say SCREW THIS, and quit paying for season tickets. I know I have several times the past few seasons, with the cost going up, bout when I say it, my friends and family just roll their eyes, pat me on the back and question, “Are you sure about that?”
What I find after going to all the games over the years, is as has been stated here already, we have extremely weak fans here in the Tampa Bay Area. Part of it is the Bucs fault, for hiring a complete idiot as P.A. announcer. The guy has come up with this idiotic Catch Phrase “FIRST DOWN TAMPA…….then gets the crowd to scream BAY!!!!!!!! THIS while the team is frantically trying to get downfield and score.
It’s a shame our fans are smart enough to realize how detrimental this is to the team, It’s an even bigger shame that the Buccaneers don’t realize it and stop this clown from doing it!
It looks like our fortunes may once again be pointing in the right direction, so all we can do is go and support our team and be as loud as humanly possible, I’m rarely able to speak the day after a home game, and go to as many games as we can afford and lend our support to these guys trying to bring home our second ever Lombardi Trophy.
