Some Tampa folks are doing backflips over the Bucs signing offensive coordinator Dave Canales, the Seahawks quarterbacks coach who helped resuscitate the career of Seattle QB Geno Smith.

They cite Smith’s greatness this season after being a career backup, but one former NFL quarterback who has studied the Seahawks and Smith isn’t sure Smith was so great. (more…)
