With all due respect Joe, and I am really sorry to say, I don’t think this poll helps that much…..Time to build confidence, not doubts…..

  2. SB~LV Says:

I had to vote No Confidence
Because I have not seen any confidence

  3. AbucAway Says:

    Slipping

  4. DBS Says:

I think it is great. It will give the stat nerd something else to insult Joe about as usual. When It really tells how the fans feel so far that do vote!

  5. A Bucs Fan Says:

    Fans are fickle.

  6. Mike Says:

This team is going nowhere with him as head coach. If Brady does continue to play after this year it won’t be with the Bucs and Gronk join him wherever he goes because of this head coach. Bowles is the reason Gronk is not playing this year because he saw the writing on the wall and only reason Brady is still here is he was under contract or he would have never came back. This year will be Brady’s worst win loss record of his career why would he want to stay.

  7. JJuice32 Says:

Dudes gotta win before any confidence can be instilled. He has won nothing by himself. Never even been to the playoffs as head coach. Does that give anybody a warm fuzzy feeling?

  8. Anonymous Says:

    @A Bucs Fan

    Agreed 100%

  9. D-Rome Says:

Totally confident for me. It’s early in the season and too soon for my confidence to be shaken at all. I accepted two years ago than when Arians and co. arrived that either Leftwich or Bowles would be the heir apparent. Arians made the right call with his assistants. Why would I doubt the greatest coach in the history of the Bucs?

    _______________

    AGREED.

  11. SOEbuc be Says:

The defense Bowles is running was dynamite before they got whipped by one of the top offense. If there’s any lack of confidence in coaching it’s Byron. It is the truth when he sure as hell is not totally running the show without Brady. Bust HC.

  12. T REX Says:

Going back to last year’s Cooper Kupp debacle…his Jets tenure…and Reid making him his little female dog…

    VERY LITTLE CONFIDENCE.

    BOWELS is garbage.

  13. Tbbucs3 Says:

There’s been 0 evidence of being confident in Todd Bowels as a coach…..so it makes no sense for anyone to say there “totally confident”

Bowels in week 4 has managed to make this look like a sinking ship.

There’s no way if Bruce Arians was still coach that he’d let all this BS slide

  14. Tbbucs3 Says:

“Arians made the right call with his assistants. Why would I doubt the greatest coach in the history of the Bucs?”

There’s a huge difference between being a head coach and coordinator…..Todd Bowells is a tremendous defensive coordinator, garbage head coach.

  15. Dooley Says:

Fans also like speculation, a little bit of internal division, and hyperbole

  16. Steven007 Says:

T-Rex, you could just as easily talk about how he owned KC in the super bowl, his first year as Jets coach under absolutely abysmal ownership and management, and his ability to finally get a win against the Saints and the regular season. So yeah, you can write anything to fit your narrative. By the way I said confident. Subject to change of course.

  17. John Olmstead Says:

My confidence will be higher when Ryan Jensen and Rob Gronkowski come back!

  18. Tye Says:

    Definitely slipping!

With such a talented roster as good or better than the past 2 years and Tom Brady still doing his job well, The Bucs appear to have taken a significant step backwards… Playing dominate football for 2 years with a top offense even in spite of injuries to struggling to even score TDs, to me, screams coaching and that ultimately falls on the HC!

I was concerned when Arians stepped down that this would happen…
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

  19. Bucswin Says:

They lost to kc in their sb season. It’s regular season. it takes old man goat a little while to get warmed up. Plus the whole divorce thing. This will be a second half team. Patience.

  20. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

No Confidence. And frankly, I don’t see us hoping for easier games if Arians is the coach.

Bowels has not come close to proving anything.

  21. Oxycondoms Says:

Its not just bowles but all his buddy defensive coaches hes hired need to step up not sure if they have the capacity to

  22. Aceofaerospace Says:

If we don’t monkey stomp Atlanta on Sunday, I’ll be changing my vote next week.

  23. D-Rome Says:

No Confidence. And frankly, I don’t see us hoping for easier games if Arians is the coach.

Meanwhile during the Dirk Koetter era when the Bucs were perpetual losers being lead by a turnover machine you were “totally confident”, LOL.

  24. RightOnMan Says:

100% confident we will never win a thing with Bowels at the healm.

  25. Ultra ClodHopper Says:

To borrow one of Joe’s favorite Glazer philosophies: The arrow is pointing down.

  26. Goatfarmer Says:

The Toddster. “We have to tackle better.”

Been hearing that a lot, for a while. Apparently, Todd, whatever you’ve been doing to improve the softies’ tackling isn’t working. Maybe (just a thought) try a different approach? The lack of gap discipline also reflects poorly on you and your coaches. I’m sure it helped to take yesterday off, so they could apply independent study to the problem.
