Bucs Just Get A “B” Grade

Report card.
Joe thought the Bucs had a solid game Sunday. One guy typing for CBS seemed to think so as well but was not as impressed.
John Breech of CBS hands out grades each week to each team. No, not those nonsense grades the PFF Tribe dishes out.
Breech gave them a B.
… Tom Brady had never lost a game to the Falcons in his career so the Buccaneers apparently decided to just let him win the game for them. Brady got off to a hot start with 139 yards and two touchdowns in the first quarter and then ended up finishing with 368 yards and four touchdowns on 51 throws. Chris Godwin ran circles around the Falcons secondary, catching a franchise-record 15 passes for 143 yards. Defensively, the Buccaneers’ defensive front overwhelmed Atlanta’s offensive line. Both Vita Vea and Ndamukong Suh recorded two sacks in a game where the Buccaneers finished with five total.
As well as Brady played, as well as the offensive line played, as well as the Bucs defense was able to force turnovers, Joe wasn’t expecting a “B” grade.
Perhaps Breech wasn’t warmed over by the Bucs defense giving up 380 yards of offense to the Dixie Chicks? That’s understandable.

Seems like a fair grade to me.

Getting a B grade was generous. Beating a piss poor team by 13 points and throwing 51 times is ridiculous. A win is a win but we were the SB Champs who brought the same team back. Seems what got us to the SB (defense) is nowhere close to being as good

Atlanta plays Bucs tough because of it’s weak secondary. So what grade did Mass media give Mac Jones the invisible man Monday night? Who gives a shat, these guys are all professionals paid because they’re good. Anyone can make a play at anytime. Grow up and take the W.

As far as some guys not impressed with a win by 13 points, BOO TO YOU! Enjoy the ride, every game can’t be total domination. They’ve won 17 of their last 20 games, never been done in the franchise’s history. And still some of you want more. This is a great team, with a chance to repeat. GO BUCS!

Hell yeah. Brady will eat underdog sh!t all day. Especially in the playoffs. Defense does need to step up if they think they have a chance for back to back.

If not for the pick 6, it’s a dominating effort from a scoreboard perspective. I think a B grade is a bit harsh.

Pick six should have never happened. No need to push it when your up by ten, derp in your territory with a few seconds left in the half. Don’t beat yourselves, let the other team try and beat you. GO BUCS!

B+ is fine with me… I felt we should have dominated at bit more but we are still working injured players back..losing Dean early to concussion sucked..I really like to see the secondary play out the last 4 games together of this year

Especially when they got blanked by the Cheats and I think only scored 3 the game before. I know they only scored 10 offensively but that 400 yards not counting the 5 sacks was offensive.
