I need Ira to storm into the Bucs War Room during the draft and pound on the table for a CB

  2. Len Says:

If they draft a cornerback and I don’t care who he is Jaycee Horn whoever they won’t beat him out EVER. He made them move Hargreaves, in college he made them move josh Cox to safety. If it’s one thing I know lol he’s very competitive.

This is what I be talking about when I say loser mindset. Joe said we probably won’t be in this position again in our life time. Are maybe in the next 20 years. This is why a lot of yall on here hate some of my takes. But this is what I’m talking about it don’t have to be the way he’s talking about when it comes to the bucs. A culture change is not just 1 or 2 years but all we heard was Brady change the culture. Now they’re telling us that after Brady leaves and we lose some of these players than it’s over. Maybe as fans we should just find another team to root for after the Brady thing is over. A true culture change is Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Green Bay, Seattle those are real culture change . Not the Eagles or the 2002 bucs. It’s simple draft a quarterback and bring in a coach that doesn’t mind bringing a system that fits his skills set like Andy Reid does with all his quarterbacks. We have a young enough defense at key positions so we will be ok . Then we can see a real culture change and constantly have winning season. Sustain success is what we want and that doesn’t mean that we are not enjoying what’s going on now and even last season. Go Bucs!!

Oneilbuc: “It’s simple draft a quarterback and bring in a coach that doesn’t mind bringing a system that fits his skills set like Andy Reid does with all his quarterbacks.”

May I ask, Oneilbuc, why is “developing” a QB more important to you than the Bucs actually winning games? You claim to be a die-hard Bucs fan, but your comments from the past make it seem like you would’ve rather continued losing with Jameis than actually winning a Super Bowl with Brady. You know, because the Bucs should develop their own QB. That, my friend, is a loser mindset.

  5. Oneilbuc Says:

Joe from Michigan again you miss the hold point are you didn’t read my last sentence. And I see you all you did was pick out one part of the hold statement. But the only thing yall like to do is argue lol lol 😆😂.. It’s still a loser mindset to say we ain’t gonna win again the next 15 or 20 years because of Brady and some of these weapons.

    When they leave .
