Not only is the weather expected to be great for tomorrow’s Bucs-Vikings game, but the cost to attend looks like a clearance price compared to a face value ticket for Bucs-Packers in Week 4.
Face value of an unsold cheapest of the cheap ticket for tomorrow’s game is $75.25, including TicketMaster fees but not including tax. A week later, face value of the same “cheap” seat is $195.65 including fees but not including tax.

According to TicketMaster’s website, the Bucs’ official ticket seller, there are far, far more unsold tickets for Bucs-Vikings than for Bucs-Packers, which appears very close to a sellout already.
On the secondary market tickets, Joe is seeing tickets for tomorrow’s game hovering below face value.

So our franchise quarterback Baker Mayfield isn’t putting butts in the seats? I’m surprised people don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars to see him comically overthrow deep balls by 20 yards, and then underthrow easy TD’s that would have won the game.

Financially the owners could care less about the number of tickets sold. It’s not how they make their money.
But it’s certainly embarrassing to have ticket prices at cost and a stadium full of opposing fans. The glazers strike me as the proud type.
At least the fans going tomorrow will get to see a generational great Jefferson play. That Packers game is going to be horrendous.

If the Glazers wants to bring the fan base together and fill up the stadium they have to draft a quarterback this draft and let it be known he’s our future and that doesn’t mean to get rid of Baker it will be his team until the young quarterback is ready. If not and they keep trying to sing free agent quarterbacks the fan base will be divided and the stadium will remain empty of bucs fans.

Oneilbuc has a point. The ownership might bring on a new head coach who wants one of these kids coming out of college, it may be the only way to hire a decent head coach if Baker continues to underperform and the Bucs will have a situation like the Falcons had with Penix and Cousins.
The Packer fans bought up the seats when they thought their team was okay but since they now look as bad as the Bucs, will they still turn out? I say probably yes as they look at their schedule and probably have circled it as one of their few winnable games just like Buc fans are. Reminds me of the Packers/Bucs back in the Perkins era.

It’s Florida what do you expect. This is not new news with fans from other teams filling our stadium. Been that way since I went to games in the 80’s. Plus fans sell their tickets to the highest bidder. You think the Rays are any different. I went to the Sox game and I thought I was in Boston. Go Bucs!

Even if Baker Mayfield produces a historic performance—throwing for 700 yards and seven touchdowns—I still wouldn’t be interested in attending. As long as Todd Bowles is head coach, I remain skeptical about the team’s overall trajectory.
It would take an unprecedented, week-in and week-out effort from Baker to sustain success, which is simply unrealistic.
My expectations and excitement are ZERO!!!

They hired Raheem the dream then again when they brought back lovie yuck! But I wouldn’t pay a dime to watch Todd’s team I barely wanna watch from home and I went to 22 straight years without missing a home game this is rediculous and the stadium prices are out of control

Many of our home games feel like an away game. Most other teams have more loyal and engaged fans. Once in a while that wins a close game. There are lots of Packer fans everywhere. I’m guessing the next weeks higher ticket sales are to Packer fans.

It pains me to say/admit this…but could it be that Hot Rod was right about Baker all along?
Baker was a heck of a QB @ $5 million, decent at $33 million and so far an awful QB at $55 million ( Burrow and Allen pay range ).
His feet are happy, his hands are buttery and his coffers are plum full. He can’t throw from the pocket. There’s a reason he was a whisker away from being out of the NFL.
