Happy freaking Fourth of July!

Today is Joe’s favorite holiday. Thanksgiving is second. Today is like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s, all rolled into one big ol’ star-spangled fireworks show!

The only thing missing is live football.

Today is all about fun. Maybe hitting the beach (if there’s sun), hitting the water (if there is no rain), drinking like a fish, grilling cattle, hog, chicken, buffalo and whatever animal you like, plenty of cold beer and tonight, watching people blow up stuff (which drives howling dogs throughout [oh, no] Pasco County running for couch pillows to tear up).

Please don’t be like JPP.

It’s also the height of summer when women wear scant clothing to show off bronzed bodies fresh from frolicking under the sun. What exactly is wrong with that? Not one GD thing.

And rain doesn’t mean the ladies have to wear burkas.

Celebrate your freedoms, Bucs fans. Celebrate a new-look Bucs defense. Celebrate the team finally breaking down and getting an edge rusher (two in fact!). Celebrate another year of Baker Mayfield (and maybe more). Celebrate the fact the Bucs play in the NFL’s outhouse division. Celebrate!

Joe hopes all readers have a helluva day and fully enjoy this alcohol-fueled weekend to celebrate Uncle Sam’s birthday — 250 friggin’s years!

Training camp is a few short weeks away!
