The SirVocea Dennis Files

November 30th, 2025

Bucs inside linebaker SirVocea Dennis.

Who led the Bucs in tackles today?

Who was a dangerous blitzer?

Who closed out the game on the final play?

That would be No. 8, SirVocea Dennis.

“Really becoming a leader for us on defense,” Todd Bowles said about his young inside linebacker after the game on the Buccaneers Radio Network.

” … Guys are really gravitating toward him. It’s great to see him find his comfort zone.”

Dennis led the Bucs with 8 solo tackles and 11 combined tackles.

Joe knows Dennis has been a frequent punching bag for fans this season. Joe also knows the Bucs desperately need Dennis to play well as Lavonte David’s game declines in his 14th season.

Frankly, Joe is impressed Dennis has stayed healthy all season after two injury-riddled years. Also, Dennis had fresh legs in the fourth quarter today as some of his teammates looked gas.

Hopefully, Dennis can take his game to another level as the games get more meaningful.

I thought that you said Hasaan Reddick was back today? I didn’t see Lavante David either.

  2. Lewi Says:

Look man I wanted Todd to succeed more than anyone, but everyone can see this isn’t working

We let Dave and Liam both walk in favor of Todd and those were obviously both mistakes

The ONLY reason to have a defensive HC is for an awesome defense, which obviously we don’t have. I’m tired of the lack of energy and seeing back up QBs pick us apart

I’m rooting for Carolina Hard, if they beat us And take division that might do it. Besides, they deserve it for righting their horrid team

  3. Cutlass Quartermane Says:

I dont care. This front 7 was getting done in by a backup qb & got a lucky win. And the birds had over 100 yards rushing 😆 This team is cooked and everyone , ESPECIALLY FRONT OFFICE, needs to be replaced. Look at licht drafts for defensive players. Garage

  4. orlbucfan Says:

mmmmmmmmmmmbbbbbbbbbI’M GLAD FOR SVD, BUT THIS GAME WAS A JOKE. BUCS ARE A MUCH BETTER TEAM THAN THIS GAME THAT WAS CALLED.XXXXXXXXXXXvvvvvWHO CALLED IT? VEGAS, DRAFT KINGS? zzzzzz

  5. ModHairKen Says:

Big win. That’s all that matters.

  6. Aqualung Says:

    Sucks. Walrus.

  7. Miller5252 Says:

The D gave up chunk plays all day. If the Cards had a top 15 QB they would have beat the Bucs. Yup, the Bucs got the W. It sure looked like the Cards lost not the Bucs won. Nothing on this team looks like a playoff team

  8. Lewi Says:

Barely beating the cardinals, and the panthers beat the team that just embarrassed you … just not gunna cut it

Sneaking into the playoffs and losing right away ain’t it chief

Garbage

  10. SC Bucs fan Says:

Please. Dennis is trash. Last play of the game the receiver ran in to him. He is constantly a step slow acting frustrated as another player gains additional yards.

  11. Ufcguy Says:

No one should feel good about this team. The offense looks neutered. Id slap grizzard right in his face if I saw him

  12. #1bucsfan Says:

Cutlass defense only gave up 17 pts. That’s all that matters. Points. With the fire power this offense has 17 pts allowed should be a win every time for us. Grizz needs to do a better job. Defense did their part today.

  13. PSL Bob Says:

If they could just tackle better. How many Cardinal 3rd and longs were converted because of poor tackling? Had the D been able to get them off the field, Baker would have had several (more than two, less than 10) more opportunities to put points on the board.

  14. TheBucsAnthem Says:

Did we watch the same game Joe?

    Which Joe typing this?

…..it must be the pom pom cheerleading Joe because there’s nothing to rave about in this game

  15. Aqualung Says:

    Potatoes are starch

  16. SBucs Says:

Poorly constructed by the GM, terribly coached by Todd and crew, players don’t tackle, and the offense regresses each week. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bucs lose a couple of the upcoming games. The Cards lost today, the Bucs didn’t win.

  17. Aqualung Says:

    Kangaroos hop

  18. #1bucsfan Says:

UFC guy my thoughts too. Something’s not right with the oline. Last year they looked like the best in the league and this year deff looking like the worst.

  19. FrontFour Says:

This guy doesn’t cover, he trails receivers. He’s got so many tackles because he’s taking guys down AFTER they gain 7+ yards. He’s NOT THE GUY.

  20. mj Says:

negative nancys taking over were 7-4 idiots!

  21. Oldbucsfan Says:

Raving about 8 solo tackles? I remember when David used to get 15 solos by himself consistently.

  22. Aqualung Says:

7-5 but whose counting. mj have a midol.

  23. Mveal2006 Says:

Yes, but imo lb should be premier at the bucs. Hardy. Lavender. Brooks. Lynch was a lb.

So tge standard is high and I am looking for more

  24. Hunter Says:

Get this guy off the field ASAP.

  25. WutdaBucisthis Says:

Barton is not a good center… There, I said it. Bro, he gets blown up a lot. Need a true center and kick him out to guard. Dude ain’t it. Damn this season is crazy. Anyways
    Go Bucs

  26. DWalk Says:

Some of you I know for sure have never played a down of football in their lives. Lavante david used to consistently have 15 solo tackles games is pure ignorance. He has had 2 in his 15 year career.

  27. Cutlass Quartermane Says:

    #1bucfan
If that’s all that matters you know 0 about ball. That was not a dominant performance at all. Jason Licht never gets the blame for these subpar players he is drafting. Look at his defensive drafts. He can’t draft an edge rusher to save his life

    negative nancys taking over
    ±++++++++++++++++++++++

Yup we win against a team that has fought to the end every game this year and it isnt good enough for them.

But still we are 7-5 and in First Place in NFC South. It just doesnt fit their narratives.

  29. buc4evr Says:

Glad we won, but damn what a horrible game. Refs took away two TDs, so the score could have been more, but watching the defense get worked was painful. Also it’s pretty clear that Grizz better change the offense because the O line is total trash. Barton and Feeney are like swinging gates.

  30. Aqualung Says:

The narrative? ROTFLMAO. This team under the circus clown is stuck in reverse.
If you don’t realize that, get a pink Pom Pom and a cuddle toy from the Bowels Fan Club, all three of you.

  31. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Somehow, we always seem to let the other team back in the game.
Did it again today…..took a 2 TD lead and let them march right down the field.

  32. Lessismore Says:

I prefer disappointed Donna’s to negative Nancy’s… lol.
Injuries did us in on offense but I expected more from our defense this year. A lot of hype for nothing it seems.

  33. Bucsfan951 Says:

“Really becoming a leader for us on defense”

So that’s why the defense has sucked since the bye.

  34. jimmy Says:

ooo yea lets hear the accolades for beating a 3-8 now 3-9 team. backup qb put up 301 yards against the vaunted bucs D.

  35. Jmarkbuc Says:

I saw him get tracked numerous times today, even when he was making the tackle

  36. Aqualung Says:

The Pom Pom brigade needs to lead us in a heartwarming cheer!

    Give me a B! Give me a U! Etc……

But let the astute fans grab their puke bags first.

  37. Destinjohnny Says:

Dude sucks and plays with marginal effort

  38. Saskbucs Says:

Him and Zyon missing that tackle late in the game was embarrassing. Erases any good he did earlier in my mind. That was terrible!

To those talking Rams and Panthers… means nothing other than Panthers stay on our heels. Week to week league.

Rams hosting the hurt Bucs in primetime and heading to the east coast for an early game are 2 completely different things. Bucs see the Rams in the playoffs or Panthers last week of season with Evans, Brederson, Dean, Reddick, Godwin, McMillan, Bucky all healthy… different story.
