Love the part about Jason Licht and his band of boy scouts. Sometimes you need players with a mean streak…love it. Jason LIcht is not a good GM

Sean’s assessment of the Bucs is spot on. Bowles’s D is antiquated and the team has no heart. Bowles has relied on Brady and then Baker to save his bacon. Change is needed. Licht has neglected many needs by refusing to draft, trade or sign key areas of need. Hire Sean to oversee a rebuild!

At the very least Jason Licht should evaluate Sean’s draft picks, year in and year out. My favorite pod. I listen to it when I am out on my bike, going out tomorrow.
