confidence is rising now but will drop for the next 3 weeks then start rising as the Bucs move through the last third of the season – unless there’s a collapse
It’s evident he’s doing everything he can to correct course. The Bucs have been playing like a confident football team the past four weeks and I expect them to give a very good Bears team everything they can handle.
And let’s just let the clock wind down at the end of the half. If he could only learn clock management/math. I do have a little hope they keep winning. Just a little. At least the season isn’t officially dead yet. It’s an all we have is hope BUCS life.
Hard to evaluate Todd with just ONE vote because he wears TWO hats. As a DC, he’s doing a bang-up job IMO. We’re currently ranked #5 in Points Allowed, and that’s a pretty meteoric rise from where we started when we were 0-4.
Overall I’m ‘Confident’ in his DC leadership, but not-so-much in his HC leadership … yet. Being a throw-back to the 1950’s is great as long as you’re winning, but as soon as better teams figure out how to negate what you’re doing in the Running Game (and they will), we’ll go no-place without a decent Passing Game.
Offensive line seems dominant. Defense playing very well. That’s how you win, especially in November and December.
Bears will be coming back from Seattle on a short week. They should be beat up a little and I predict the Bucs win on Sunday. They very well might win 10 games this season.
No confidence as always. As a HC he has an OC that is terrible. How could he even agree to select this guy after watching how bad he was with ATL?
Lacks clock management skills and makes devastating in game mistakes.
Does not make players accountable. This year, it’s guys like Hurst, who should not be on the field. Allows OC to come up with pathetic game plans that do not work against winning teams.
Todd needs to go after this season.
Missed this one but I would have voted no confidence. The bye week is coming up. Take a look at his history the week before the bye week and the weeks after.
The slump always comes after the bye.
Much as I hope it won’t this year it’s no confidence until he proves otherwise.

Confidence only comes once he demonstrates he can beat good teams.

No confidence in a man that was gifted his job and fails upwards.
We are a .375 win percentage team. Only the Pom Pom squad has confidence in that low of a bar for success.
Todd is going to run the ball on offense 60 times a game going forward.
No matter what the results are, because results do not matter.

Hey, it looks like we are feeling the love. I wasn’t the only one to upgrade to Little Confidence

You ran the ball in the rain with a QB that had a wonky thumb, minus your WR1. What do you want? A Nobel Prize?

If you’ve run it 60x ,trust me ..You won!!
It ain’t broke why fix it

Broken clock
Sunday was FUN
But it has NOTHING to do with NFL football
It goes down as a win and nothing else.

Fire Bowles!

No confidence until he wins a playoff game.

Bears game is huge for him. We beat the Bears and he is off the hot sea!
November 4th, 2026 at 3:28 pm
if they beat the bears i’d gladly upgrade my confidence in him. it would be a sign they have really turned a corner.
i’d hope for more but, well, you know how it is. you watch the same bucs.

When are you gonna run a confidence poll on Jason Licht?

Stu, those always come during the off season…and he always scores high.

73% little to no confidence after three wins in four games. That’s telling.
A guy that was gifted the job, he did not earn it, has been melba toast at best.
Dry, bland, boring. He’s now going to try and run a 1953 style offense.
And probably thinks he can beat teams 9-0. It’s going to get much worse.
The QB and WR’s have become irrelevant. Might as well block with 9 on the line every snap.

Once we lose to CHI and Det we can stop this garbage.

Amazing what happens when your bum QB isn’t singlehandedly losing games for you.
#1 defense in expected yards per play
#3 defense in yards per game
#5 defense in points per game
