Daniel will never be a backup to Mayfield because he’s a threat to him just like Trask was lol 😆. The Joe’s love saying Trask fan because they know he out played Baker in 2023 training camp. I have all the stats from that camp with the starters before the Joe’s said Baker was going to be the starter regardless and after camp. But the Joe’s are also here to help the Glazers to sale tickets so they push narratives to the fan base . The bucs will never win a superbowl with Baker because the team is to young. Baker is a bridge quarterback now days regardless how the Joe’s feels about him .

So one of you mentioned that Todd said he wants to reinvent his defense. That’s not new. Last year in pre season he said teams catch on to you so that every 2 or 3 years you have to make ke changes to the defense. Of course us fans see him doing the same things. Soft coverage. Dropping the edge or even VV50 into coverage.

Oneilbuc: Yes, Trask is such a threat to ALL NFL QB’s, not just Baker. That’s why he hasn’t done anything with any other team either, The Man is holding him down… 🙄

Nice to be back home with old Junebug, listening to our favorite podcast but not on the porch. Too hot. Not as hot as 18 holes of golf in Florida- no wonder The Sage plays 9 holes.
Hoping Egbuka’s toe is minor. And JMac and Tez are banged up? The New York Giants are a storied franchise in the NFL. A receiver who has the fifth most receiving yards in that franchise’s history is a free agent looking for a job.
His name is Sterling Shepard, and he had the second most receiving yards for the Bucs in 2025. I bet he would take a job on the practice squad, and he would be ready to go if this gifted bunch of receivers can’t stay on the field.
I believe an old Giants coach once said something along the lines of “your greatest ability is availability”. Just one of several good reasons to bring Shep back.

Mike C . At that time none of us knew AB or Fornett was coming here we didn’t know they were going to bring in 2 hall of fame players either. But what I don’t know Baker has choked in every big game we have played in with the game on the line. Baker can’t elevate the players around him . You guys still depending on a chip on his shoulder lol 😆 😂 wich I don’t understand a number one overall pick was being disrespected lol 😂 🤣.
