Okay… here’s the usual rant from L33… about Licht not valuing pass rush.

Well, let’s look at who he has drafted:

2021: JTS, who they drafted to be a pass rusher
2022: Hall, who they drafted to be a pass rusher
2023: Kancey, who they drafted to be a pass rusher

So, to say he doesn’t value pass rush is ludicrous. The fact that he may have been wrong about JTS and Hall is a SEPARATE issue.

The idea that Koetter twisted Licht’s arm to trade for JPP is laughable.

Clearly, Licht DOES value pass rushers, but has missed on a few. So, as usual D3Klemperer is wrong. Probably should pre-edit the rants with reasoning.

Also, the questions about the run game … good god, where’s the mystery? Of course they want to upgrade. Of course they’re going to draft RB help, and of course they’re going to add interior OL help. Not a lot of new insight in this pod.

If everyone knows you’re head coach insists on pretending it’s 1972 and he’s the Dolphins, it’s pretty easy to stack an 8 man box and pinch the subtandard guards into the train wreck of a center even if Cszonka was toting the rock. As has been said, Jimmy Brown would have averaged 3pm behind these matadors.

I think Baldinger dropped the Bucs are targeting Sedrick Van Pran. He’s a 3rd rounder. I like it.

@SlyPiratr – Sedrick Van Pran is a great choice for center. Unfortunately, looking at mock drafts, the Steelers could scoop him up.

I totally disagree with the Joe that continues to blame the running back for no holes to run through, it’s clearly on the offensive lines to dictate the line of scrimmage.
