  2. Ocala Says:

It’s been leaked the Falcons are playing at the Bucs on Monday night the opening week. I like that as the Bucs opening game, but I would rather them play on Sunday night.

  3. Swampbuc Says:

Hope for a road gae. The Bucs win more often on the road than at home.

  4. ClwJB Says:

Home game Sunday night – have seen leaks for ATL and LVR on the late game MNF –

Hoping for a weak opponent at home to start the road to the SB 🤣

  5. tickrdr Says:

If you are a Bucs fan, why wouldn’t you want the easiest possible game to start the season? Home or away. Get some of the first game kinks out before playing a quality opponent. I guess if you are hoping that the Bucs lose and play poorly, then I suspect you are only rooting for that since a certain former #1 pick is no longer playing here.
I’m worried that the Bucs will open against the defending champs, the Chiefs at home on Thursday night. Can you imagine the hype for that game?

  6. Blue-footed booby Says:

I would like for our first game to be against the New Orleans Saints, either home or away. I know that seems like a bad idea to some on here but the Saints typically get off to slow starts in the first couple or so games in recent years, including nearly losing to Deshaun Watson and the Texans at home last year and of course us beating the Saints at the Superdome with Fitzmagic at the helm in 2018.

  7. DoooshLaRue Says:

    There are no easy games.
I don’t care who or when we play.

    Just win more than lose.

  8. Alaskan Abdominal Snowman Says:

I want the hardest opponent to see right off the bat what we have. We have opened vs week opponents numerous times and all it does is makes our guys think they’ve arrived.
Let’s get the Chiefs week one and knock em off their high horses! Pun intended.

  9. SteveK Says:

    Give me @ Raiders! Vegas!

  10. sincethebeginning Says:

@Doosh you NAILED it! Maximize the wins!

Any time, any place, any team — in the words of TB12 “LET’S GO!!!”

  11. Dewey Selmon Says:

No way the Chiefs open on the road. The fans there would riot(social distancing riot of course). GB @ TB on SNF or MNF would be a ratings bonanza. But I have a feeling the leaked schedule is the real deal.

  12. gp Says:

Doosh actually said something smart (may have to check my sheet)

    There are no easy games

We won’t know till mid season which are the teams to beat.
Aside from the team that created the biggest splash in the off season… Oh wait, that’s us!

  13. bucshot Says:

    LET’S GO GRONKANEERS !!!!!!!

  14. Scotty in Fat Antonio Says:

So how is the NFL going to screw the Bucs with their schedule this year?

  15. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

    Who cares? Just win baby!

  16. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Away!

It will be hurricane season! Our first 2 games should always be away games.

  17. WhoCares Says:

Why is a bi week not an option?

  18. WhoCares Says:

Is bi week reserved as “other”?

I vote other. This way we can keep the hype going for at least one more week before SHTF.

  19. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

That would be bad…and it would not be a proper gauge either. Considering a new QB. A rookie RT, and the lack of OTAs. It is going to take a few games to get up and running…especially for our new RT, because they don’t get much real practice in.

  20. Alaskan Abdominal Snowman Says:

Bonzai you got any more excuses?

  21. Alaskan Abdominal Snowman Says:

I don’t disagree but the Bucs chose to lose continuity by getting a new QB. They are a professional organization, I expect them to find a way. That is their jobs.

  22. Jean Lafitte Says:

    Home easiest

  23. VegasBuc Says:

Being biased…The Tom Brady led Buccaneers will open up Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Monday Night Football opening week vs the Gruden led Raiders.

  24. Bosch Says:

I wish for only two things in this order

The game Is played before a live audience in FULL attendance, and…

    A BUCCANEER VICTORY!!!!!!!

  25. Brad Says:

It’s been leaked, 5 prime time games 2 MNF, 1Thurs, 2 sun night. MNF opener vs ATL & also against GB. Sunday night chiefs & @ saints, Thursday Giants.
Also a special Thursday that we like to call Thanksgiving @ Detroit

  26. Morgus the Magnificent Says:

I just want games!!!! We shall see…..

Isn’t that what the NFL did to the Super Bowl Champions Bucs?

  28. LargoBuc Says:

Give us the aints! I wana whoop that arse right away to let them know they don’t run ish this decade.

  29. Alanbucsfan Says:

VegasBuc, I think you are right

  30. ToesOnTheLine!!! Says:

If true (between Falcons and Raiders) I’d MUCH rather it be the Raiders. I’m tapping the brakes a little on the Bucs hitting on all cylinders out of the gate. Too many new players and a limited off season means I’d rather risk an early season loss to an out of conference opponent and then face the division rivals after the team has had time to gel.
