    Along with picking numbers in the lottery Florida should have football picks with the odds. It would be very popular. Even if you had to get them all right to win it would be way more entertaining that scratching a worthless fancy printed piece of paper. Florida should have Las Vegas style public sports betting. Shove those lottery and scratch off swindles aside.
