A Long Way To Go

November 3rd, 2009

As good as Matt Ryan is, he wasn't the best quarterback on the field for last night's Falcons-Saints game. And still Ryan is light years better than anything the Bucs have.

Watching the Falcons-Saints game last night, Joe realized the Bucs are about as close to competing with those two NFC South division rivals as Joe is being able to lure Rachel Watson into his lair.

This wasn’t lost on BSPN’s Adam Schefter as he twittered last night.

Watching Matt Ryan and Drew Brees has to be completely sobering and nearly outright depressing for the Bucs and Panthers.

“Depressing” is the right word. With the exception of a handful of positions, few in the Bucs starting lineup would start for either the Falcons or Saints.

Dear God please tell me the Bucs aren’t THAT bad as to be HOPELESS! 😉

Was it just me or did anyone else get bored listening to Chucky drool over Drew Brees and Matt Ryan?

I remember Chucky saying how important it was for a team to get a “franchise QB” like Matt Ryan or Drew Brees. So why didn’t he do that while he was here instead of recycling Garcia?

How did we not even interview greg williams for our defensive coordinator job that is a disgrace. You do have to admit chucky is entertaining like the joker mask not that was funny.

I can honestly say that I enjoy Gruden on MNF – he looks like he’s having a blast.

If I were the Glazers I’d be pissed and if I were Gruden I’d continue to double dip
