NFL.com: Buy Stock In Emeka Egbuka
June 4th, 2026
Emeka Egbuka is the Micron of NFL players.
If you don’t follow stocks, you likely are unfamilar with Micron. It’s a tech outfit that woke from years of slumber to skyrocket the past couple of months due to the AI boom.
And that’s what Christian Gonzalez thinks of Emeka Egbuka. Typing for NFL.com, Gonzalez thinks Egbuka is on the cusp of blowing up in his still-early career. So get on board now or live with deep regret.
PICK: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
With future Pro Football Hall of Famer wide receiver Mike Evans leaving Tampa Bay for San Francisco, the Buccaneers’ second-year wideout is in line for a much bigger role in 2026. In the early part of the 2025 season, while Evans and Chris Godwin were sidelined by injuries, Egbuka emerged as Baker Mayfield’s top target. Even though Egbuka dealt with multiple injuries of his own throughout his rookie season, he still managed to lead the Bucs in targets (127), receptions (63), receiving yards (938) and receiving touchdowns (six). Don’t be surprised if Egbuka surpasses those numbers in Year 2.
Well, Egbuka is looking in OTAs — yes, always dicey to judge in OTAs — like he did in training camp last year when he made every play when his number was called.
The Bucs hope that with a better (?) offensive coordinator in Zac Robinson, he can find ways to get Egbuka the ball more often. But yeah, buying Egbuka stock isn’t a dumb move.
Joe would not be surprised one bit if Egbuka is named to the Pro Bowl.

Agreed!
and… just my observation
Hurst has the frame to put on some SERIOUS weight and muscle after a year or two of NFL diet and weight training.
Not that he needs to but check out his frame

So, that speaks to buy in on the offense!
Yaya Diaby said, “Like I was saying earlier, how can you block Bain, Vita, A’Shawn, me and Calijah? You can’t do it. It’s going to be super exciting.”
To Yaya’s comment about the front five, I would make mention of the pass rush productivity of the ILBs:
– Dennis excels is pass rushing where he was graded 73.6 by PFF and ranked 13th in sacks with 4 and 19th in pressures with 19 while only 30th in pass rush snaps with 81.
– Anzalone was neck and neck with Dennis in pass rushing being graded 65.2 by PFF and ranked 18th in sacks with 3 and 12th in pressures with 18 while only 39th in pass rush snaps with 70.
– Trotter likewise was a successful pass rusher in 2025 and was graded even higher at 81.6 with 4 sacks and 14 pressures on 53 pass rush snaps.
If the Bucs stay healthy this year, the defense is going to abuse opposing QBs and RBs. Pair that up with an offense that stays healthy and is at least on a tier with 2024 production and the Bucs look to have a championship team on the field.

Unfortunately we have a short QB that likes to overthrow WR’s by 15 yards when they’re wide open, or in the end zone.
Not to mention his tendency to throw interceptions in crucial moments of the game.
In the worst division in football he’s a .500 QB. And can’t win postseason games because he isn’t clutch.
Just gotta QB it better.

Yes I think EB will have a tremendous year. I am not sure about Dennis except maybe ST.
