Odd fact- the first NFL draft was in 1936, just after Ira lost his virginity- #1 pick Jay Berwinger was the first NFL draft pick ever and went #1 as a RB but chose to be a rubber salesman instead. Mike Glennon did the same sorta thing if you are as into prognosticating things like I am, anyway… Only 24 of those 81 players chosen by NFL teams chose to pursue NFL careers. How times do change…

Evans is the signal- does he believe in Bowles? What is this team’s temp?

Recovery from major knee surgery takes 9 months to 2 years.
Discounting OLine need with no 1 pick is hasty.
Mauch is not going to be 100% at beginning of this season.
And without a healthy OLine, running game and Mayfield will have a rough year

Baker Mayfield always gets the injury excuse but he never need surgery during the off-season but every time he puts together 5 or 6 bad games it’s always he’s injured!! Lol 😂😂 and Kyle Trask hunts Joebucfan. I think they’re are scared he will be better than Baker Mayfield. And listen the only reason why people wanted Trask to start is because what Joe was reporting in 2023 training camp. Baker had 10 picks to Kyle Trask 2 I still got that information from 2023 training camp. The bucs will never win or go to a Superbowl with Baker Mayfield as our quarterback.

Licht and Bowles are still in charge of player personnel, what could go wrong? They won’t give up future picks and they most likely won’t overpay for a player. Ownership made sure of that. Licht overpaid how many Bucs players in recent years? How many of those big money players showed up after the bye?
Yes, Licht will go bargain shopping because he earned it. And so this team will have money to spend when the time is right. The Bucs can’t develop players or put them in the best position to be effective. How is getting a big money FA going to change that?

Preaching to the choir and thats an interesting point about off-season surgery. Lol. But this is Baker’s last season with the Bucs. He going to do what he always does, and thats lose. Which ironically, is the best thing that could happen to the Bucs.

Is the NFL scared too? Or a very prominent NFL offensive coach who told Joe at the combine that Trask was a joke? He is scared too?

I wonder what pass rusher would look at Todd Bowles defense and say “I’d love to play in that sh!tshow!”?

Joe. I don’t know about the rest of the NFL but according to your reports he was better than Baker Mayfield that year. And Baker Mayfield will never get us to a Superbowl because it’s only a matter of time that the injury excuse is going to work. I’ve never seen a player that so call injured and he never need surgery. Lol 🤣🤣

Backup QB to Baker? Tylan Green, no he
Doesn’t have any NFL starting experience, but watch his game film. He can absolutely sling it down field with accuracy. When he runs he chews up major yardage and moves the chains. Oh yeah and by the way he is 6’5 and weighs 225LBS 😎🏆😭
