Brady Buzzards Circling

October 16th, 2022

“Blaine, these people are out of control.”

Steelers blogs and various national media have been salivating at last night’s news that Tom Brady missed the Bucs’ walk-through practice yesterday because he allegedly was too busy following Bob Kraft’s wedding reception.

Ok. So Brady skipped the walk-through, most certainly with the permission of Todd Bowles.

It’s a big deal if you think Brady isn’t all-in for the 2022 season. It’s not a big deal if you think Brady planned to make up the time — either before or after he was away — as it relates to any missed meetings and precision work. Newsflash: Brady has been known to work with the entire offense without coaches.

A lot of media is eager to report on the demise of Brady. Joe is not in that camp.

Of course, Joe would prefer Brady to have been with the team, but Joe assumes Brady thought getting proper sleep and personal pregame prep was more important than rushing back from the wedding for a walk-through.

No worries at JoeBucsFan.com world headquarters.

The most prepared athlete to ever play QB, or perhaps any position of any sport ever, missed a walk through. OMG!!!

  2. Jeff Says:

Steelers 17 Bucs 12. This has got upset written all over it. Long suffering Bucs fans can sense the disappointment looming. And the D will disappoint big time today. Bowles will blitz like a loon and the Steelers will shred the Bucs with short passes. Steelers run for over 150 yards against the Bucs soft front 7. Soft by NFL standards….

  3. bob Says:

again…its a looooogggggg season a lot can…..it’s not even turkey day yet

  4. Buc1987 Says:

Same old Jeff…spews nonsense and then when the Bucs win….he disappears.

    Very troll-like.

  5. BigMacAttack Says:

The real story is that Bob Kraft changed this from a Saturday to a Friday so TB12 could attend. 😂

  6. Hail2dabucs Says:

Hey Jeff, I’m up here in canton ohio and my buddy left for the game . Said I could go but had 2 wear a steelers jersey . I told him 2 go F himself . I should have told him you would have been more than happy 2 go with him wearing that trash . Go bucs ! I already called it . Me13 126 yes & 2 tuddies

  7. Da Bucs Guy Says:

Just another example of not being the all important, “all in”.

  8. SufferingSince76 Says:

I notice Jeff, also, isn’t very accurate with his predictions, either.

  9. DrunkinYbor Says:

When he goes 31 for 38 and 4 td today they will shut up

  10. Bucobill99 Says:

Jeff the troll stole his mommys phone again best put it back before you get a spanking little boi

  11. Buczilla Says:

Brady is among the least of my worries when it comes to our team. Missing time sets a bad precedent for younger dudes, but letting the most accomplished athelete ever slide now and then is fine by me. Dude is (allegedly) going through a tough time.

  12. douglas dallier Says:

Jeff—-GO HOME— YOUR MOTHER WANTS YOU TO SIT IN THE CORNER!!!!

    What a Jerff!

  14. Iamabuc Says:

Another knowitall who can’t chew gum and walk at the same time…😳🤣🤣

  15. SOEbuc Says:

Come on Joe. It’s game day. You can’t find anything better than who cares about some dumbazz national analysts and opponents blog posts?

  16. sasquatch Says:

Makes no sense to echo the garbage. This week we should put up 35 even without a walkthrough.

  17. Goatfarmer Says:

I’m thinking that Kraft knows Brady better than most, and his new “wife” has a younger sister or girlfriend who could have done a splendid “walkthrough” with Tom to ease his mental pain and anguish, both from the G-Hag as well as from Grady Jarrett.

A walk through isn’t going to change the time that Goedeke doesn’t give him to pass, or teach Goedeke to run block, or suddenly turn Leftwurst into a top flight play caller.

Hope Tom relieved himself of several batches of stress.

  18. Kentucky Buc Says:

Walk through. Lol. I missed the drive through this morning. Both will have the same effect.

  19. Dew Says:

I hear Brady is motivated by doubters. Hmm.

  20. MadMax Says:

Just let him do him….im not worried one bit.

  21. Tackleblockwin Says:

Just win and no injuries. Hope to see the TEs stay involved this week like last week. No excuses Bucs. We want a complete game.

  22. Bucsfan13 Says:

All of this negative talk motivates Brady. He actually thrives on the negativity. I wish the talking heads keep it up.

  23. Coran Says:

At this point I have to think Jeff is superstitious and is of the belief that when he says ridiculous things it bodes well for the bucs. Keep it coming, you’re doing great! Decimated by injuries, QB’s life in “disarray” (words of others, not mine), extremely tough schedule, new head coach, new offensive system, new players to learn and get acclimated, hurricane through Florida… winning record. I think anyone would take this outcome so far. Bucs are winning and situations can’t get much worse. Imagine when things start to align, my goodness. Thanks Jeff!! Go Bucs!

Oh, Tom knows more about football than most players in the league combined, he’ll be fine.

    34-17

  24. LakelandSteve Says:

This is so overblown, Pittsburgh is trying to use it to fire up there players saying Brady thinks the game will be so easy he skipped the walkthrough. If there is anyone that could miss a practice or walkthrough and not be affected it’s Brady. I guess whatever you have to do to get a team to play hard but come on.

  25. Rod Munch Says:

Brady gets whatever he wants. Period.

If you have a problem with that, you also probably thought Mike Glennon was an all-pro QB who just needed more time.

  26. Bucs Orlando Says:

Brqdy doesntl likely nerd the reps. Howwver, based off his work ethic, its clear hes being pulled in many directions.

In throw awa y games like the steelers sometimes it csn br a prpblem. Likely not today

However, long term this might be the warnong signal.

You cant be distracted and win the superbowl. It taked all in

Hope he gets all this worked out for Go time.

  27. Bucsfan13 Says:

Just saw some team photos of the team arriving, and Brady’s finger on his right hand was taped up. I think that finger is still affecting him, and you can tell by some of his throws. He’s been off. For some reason, the Bucs didn’t list him on the injury report all week. They’ve covering the finger and shoulder injury up. I doubt we will see it taped up during the game, but it’s concerning.

  28. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Steelers fans have to have something to feel hopeful about….

    Brady misses 0…….Brady doesn’t miss anything else…..Bucs 31-10

  31. sasquatch Says:

Really don’t think the series record means anything. In fact, I’m sure it doesn’t. It’s just historical information.

  32. Hunter's Crack Pipe Says:

If you truly feel morally obligated to attend a function in the middle of a work week, there is a professional way to handle it. You make your appearance, greet the hosts, then you turn around and travel straight to the airport for your return flight.

You don’t hang around all night, get sh|t faced at the reception, and miss work hung over the next day. At what point will the team stop taking Brady seriously? He obviously has a lot of credibility points saved up to go with his Staff of Youth, but sheesh. WTH

  33. jb Says:

He was up there on a trim hunt! Mr. SmartGuy thinks he can do what he did before he was married. Sorry Tom, We ALL grow old…….if we’re lucky!

  34. 1sparkybuc Says:

Trask time. Brady got old overnight.

  35. Nathaniel Ford Says:

Brady has been playing like crap all season and his touch downs are some of the lowest in the league. The Bucs can’t beat the best teams in the NFC. When will the league fine Dirty Devin White for his late hits and low tackles.

  36. TJ Says:

Ironically I watched Wedding Crashers this week. Hence My new theory is Tom B. was a little hungover from the wedding. I mean what single guy doesn’t LOVE weddings!! Initially I thought nice guy Tom was most like John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) but after seeing John Beckwith play football and selfishly miss the “Red 7 Hot Route” audible… yea I’m going with Jeremy. (Vince Vaughn)

Jeremy (Tom) was obviously the QB who was romantically involved with a stage 9 Clinger. I think we can deduct where I’m going with this. And the nail in the coffin, I’ve seen some pretty incriminating videos of wild Tom on a boat, that old motor boating son of a gun!

For those not familiar with classic cinema, Jeremy (Tom) was the QB who was romantically involved with a stage 9 klinger woman and further evidence, I’ve seen the controversial SB boat party celebration with Tom. Just like Jeremy, Tom is pretty crazy on a boat. That ole motor boating son of a Gunn.
