Another Weak Opponent Up Next

September 27th, 2020

Yess!!!

Up next for Tampa Bay is another bad football team, the Los Angeles Chargers, who fell at home today to the winless Panthers without Christian McCaffrey.

Joe is not trying to jinx the Bucs. Joe is merely salivating at the thought of cheering for a Buccaneers team that knows how to beat down an inferior opponent — and jump their record to 3-1.

This Bucs team is good enough to pound a crappy team. They’ve done it two Sunday in a row, despite letting their foot off the gas for a stretch against Carolina.

The Panthers improved to 1-2, while the Falcons have imploded in back-to-back weeks to fall to 0-3. The Bucs will be alone in first place if the Saints fall tonight to the Packers.

Joe’s going to hope that the Tom Brady effect translates to the Bucs having a real home field advantage for the first time since 2008. And that’s no exaggeration. That’s the last time the Bucs had a winning record at the Stadium on Dale Mabry Highway.

    Captain weenie noodle armed Brady

produced ZERO POINTS in the 2nd half

This BUCS OFFENSE SUCKS can never beat a good team.

Brady is a liabilty only with the
ability to be a game manager cause he

has no zip on his passes anymore.

    Face it bucs fans…….Brady Sucks

    and is truly washed up.

  2. RICHARD weeks Says:

Even when we win these half ass bucs fans still complain..
    Worst fan base ever!

  3. RICHARD weeks Says:

Waiting for Ndog and El Jerko to complain..

  4. Rod Munch Says:

Winston played the hardest schedule in football from 2015-2019.

Brady and Mariota played the easiest schedule for that same timeframe.

Amazing how the schedule works out this year.

Anywho, go to 3-1, I don’t care who it’s against.

  5. January1979 Says:

Anthem seems to just be posting the same thing on every story XD

  6. Phred Says:

    Brady sucks? Are you high?

  7. AtlBuc Says:

Don’t try to give him to us. Just because hes on this site does not mean hes a Bucs fan

  8. Bucsfan77 Says:

Richard, only the trolls and Winston nutt huggers complain pay those douches no attention.

  9. Ndog Says:

LUCKIEST ATHLETE OF ALL TIME HANDS DOWN.

If ever had to actually do anything without the luck he constantly gets he wouldn’t even be in the league.

Under any pressure the guy is completely useless.

  10. RICHARD weeks Says:

you are probably correct AtlBuc..He is probably still pissed Brady left the patriots

  11. Sport Says:

I’m having so much fun watching this team.

    The D keeps improving.

The Offense does its job and has tons of room for improvement.

Special Teams is a non story (which is how it should be)

    We cut down on penalties.

And pissed off all the angry Bucs-has-been-fans-now-nothing-but-trolls.

    So great!

    Go Bucs!

    In BA I Trust!

    TheBucsAnthem.

I support the Troll’s 1st amendment rights, but when you cut and paste the same comment on each thread that’s disrespectful to the rest of the community.

  13. Youngbucs Says:

    These 🤡s are comic relief!!

  14. Swampbuc Says:

This Anthem poster doesn’t know anything about football, do they?

  15. Tampabaybucfan Says:

I’m not sure about penalties today….I think we had a bunch…..

    And……JW would have thrown 2 picks and fumbled….so, I’m happy with a no-turnover Brady.

  16. Bojim Says:

Anthem. Who cares what you think.

  17. AlabamaBucsFan Says:

Hate to say it, but until the Bucs beat a good teams they are not super bowl contenders.

  18. mark2001 Says:

You beat the team in front of you. You think AR apologized for playing the Bears, Detroit, and Minnesota twice each year? Heck no…. you play who is on the schedule. And if you are fortunate enough to play in December, you won’t apologize for who was on your schedule in September and October.

  19. DavidBigBucsFan99 Says:

JW led team doesn’t score in 2nd half and you relentless haters cried it was all his fault. Brady does nothing in two games straight in the 2nd half and you give him props. His #1 fan Ndog said you would do it and you’ve made that little prediction true. Brady had good stats but should have been better, I’ll take his stats every game. That front line sure isn’t run blocking well. I hope the one Joe who always songs it’s praise isn’t so blind on this one. If it wasn’t for Fournettes 70 yards on 2 runs they were still sub par in the 1st 3 games. How do we struggle in the 2nd half against 2 scrub defenses???

  20. Bucsfan951 Says:

It feels good to have a winning record and the team is ticking up! THANK GOD THE CANCER IS GONE AND WE CAN FINALLY BREATHE AGAIN!!!

Bucs just need to work on that second half offense but it feels good not to spot the other team 7.5 points due to a incompetent qb!

The pastrami and crown was flowing real well today! We don’t dine on the swine!!!

Check yo sheets!!! 5k yards isn’t needed to win a game!!!!!!!!!!

  21. 541BucsFan Says:

This is what winning football looks like. Get up early. Play turnover free. Play field position. Let the other team make mistakes and capitalize. Solid game.

    Fire the Cannons. Go Bucs!

  22. Bosch Says:

Anthem: Beat it Or keep repeat posting. Either wat your credibility is zero.

  23. DBS Says:

It feels great not to be down by 7 or 14 points by the third possession. I guarantee the defense feels good too.

  24. Nate1111 Says:

For all the people hating on brady we can still do it.. we won a superbowl with brad johnson!!! If our defense can stay healthy we have a chance

  25. ItzOK Says:

Chargers D is stingy the O line needs to protect well next week. Defense hopefully keeps the rookie QB looking like a rookie. Must win game. Stack victories against the weak when you can

  26. TheMechanik247 Says:

The Bucs are an average to mildly good team at this point. They are beating bad teams and that’s a step up from last year…The defense is top 10. Barring significant injuries, they will keep the Bucs close in most games.

The offense looks better each week. The play calling is worrisome. The 2 yards and a cloud of dust on 1st down isn’t going to cut it… They seem stuck in the “old” way of running an offense. Today, you pass to set up the run. Plus the OL isn’t opening any holes, so you’re not gaining anything by forcing the run. Use short passes like runs…

Anyway, any win in the NFL is a good win. Contrary to popular belief, there are no gimmies. Any given Sunday…

The Bucs will probably make the playoffs, especially with the expanded format but at the moment, they are not close to a super bowl team.
