Dirk still having a job is the proverbial kick to the Jimmy for the fans. So has Duffner been removed form the DC yet? I am actually one who likes Jason Licht but as the 2nd in command to the Glazers, he really doesn’t seem to get it. GET YOUNG PEOPLE THAT CAN RELATE TO THESE PLAYERS<, PREFERABLY SOMEONE THAT HAS PLAYED AND COMMANDS RESPEC. Is Kurt Warner ready to be a head coach yet or OC? Buckner should already be the DC- let him run his own scheme, Duffner has been with Smitty for years, which means he has the same philosophies!! We may actually be getting worse under him.

My two cents… it’s the GM. These other teams have better dudes all up and down there rosters.

  4. El Buco Realisto Says:

Any one talking about anything other than who the new GM will be is just putting the cart before the horse!!!! The New GM will do the head coaching search and then the Glazers will sit in the final candidates!!!!!!!! Shame on joe’s not to bring this up first!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    GM Search@!!!!!!!!!

    Head Coach search!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Purge the roster!!!!!!

  5. ZammyPup Says:

Peyton Manning as GM…with an ownership vestment schedule over five years based on performance. Full-on control over all hires and personnel decisions.

    One dog’s opinion.

Winston was benched after matching his career high with four interceptions.

  7. DB55 Says:

    Denjoe

Actually his career high is 5 tds in a game, he tied a nfl rookie record.

  8. Loyaltotheend Says:

    @DB55

Something Winston has never done again. Hell hes never thrown 3 or more TD’s in back to back games. Dude is the definition of inconsistent yet people act like he’s Montana or Brady

  9. Chris Cotten Says:

Hey Joe, easy on Nassib, that guy plays hard, I think he will stick around

  10. AlteredEgo Says:

Might as well change up the uni’s while we are at it….

  11. Sharkiebucfan Says:

I agree, we should change the uniforms to poop brown. We have already been watching a pile of poo since the end of 2009. Bring back the brown paper bags.
