Todd talks fantasy strategy when picking at the end of round one and getting two players every time you are on the clock. The Todd Wright Fantasy Football Podcast is presented by Hooters!
If Chris Braswell was a stock symbol, Bucs head coach/defensive coordianator Todd Bowles would put an arrow-pointing-up emoji next to his name. [read more]
To no one’s surprise, Jaguars reporters were on scene yesterday for the Bucs-Jags joint practice in Jacksonville and had different, non-Bucs perspectives on the action.
Joe is not suggesting 32-year-old Matt Judon coming off an injury is the second coming of Reggie White. But he certainly has a better résumé sacking quarterbacks than anyone on the Bucs roster. [read more]
One one hand Todd Bowles doesn’t want dudes getting tackled in practice and thought one-on-ones between wide receivers and defensive backs shouldn’t have been run yesterday because both the Bucs and the Jags have a bunch of players dinged up. [read more]

Joe was shook seeing Calijah Kancey on floppy hat patrol in Jacksonville this morning. Bucs coach Todd Bowles wouldn’t say what’s wrong with Kancey.
Since the regular season has not kicked off, teams are not obligated to disclose injuries.

So Joe’s heart sputtered today in Jacksonville seeing last year’s standout stud rookie defensive players Calijah Kancey and YaYa Diaby not practicing against the Jaguars.
Diaby’s ankle injury is no mystery. And he’s very bullish about returning healthy for opening day. But Kancey’s injury is an unknown.
Head coach Todd Bowles was very tight-lipped about it after practice, offering no insight.
Joe fished around a bit more and didn’t get any info other than Kancey is not expected to practice tomorrow. At least Kancey looks good cheering on his teammates.
