When the Bucs signed free agent, journeyman Baker Mayfield, the former No. 1 overall pick, Joe typed that if Mayfield was to return to the level where folks referred to him as a top quarterback, it would take two or three years of stellar play to make folks forget his injury-plagued seasons in Cleveland or his play when he bottomed out in Carolina.
