CBs Scott and Muhammad still on board. Also Kyle Louis

  2. Simeon4HOF Says:

    Let’s go Bucs!

  3. Bucfan1988 Says:

    I’m thinking corner here…
    Muhammad would be solid..

  4. Badbucs Says:

    CB Rivers still there?

  5. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    Prospect Snapshot

    Justin Joly (TE, NC State) — 21 | 6’3″, 241 | 4.75
    Harold Perkins Jr. (LB, LSU) — 21 | 6’0⅝”, 220 | 4.38*
    Malik Muhammad (CB, Texas) — 21 | 6’0¼”, 182 | 4.42
    Keith Abney II (CB, Arizona State) — 21 | 5’10”, 187 | ~4.4*
    Jalon Kilgore (S, South Carolina) — 21 | 6’1″, 210 | 4.40

  6. MadMax Says:

    YAY!!!!

  7. MadMax Says:

    sup LUV!!!!

  8. Beeej Says:

This corner Scott is the highest ranked player left in the draft.

This 6’8″ monster DT Harris looks good too

  9. Fanofdabucs Says:

Kyle Louis please. Best cover Lber in the draft. The Bucs biggest issue was getting off the field on 3rd down. They need a 3rd down LBer that can cover.

  10. MadMax Says:

Lee the 3rd and Devon Marshall as cb?

  11. SB~LV 🏈 Says:

RB Mike Washington with the 4th

  12. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    MadMax

    Sup Bredren

  13. Badbucs Says:

Obviously don’t care about the defense-take RB Washington

  14. Beeej Says:

Liking this guard Parker from Duke too

  15. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

Kyle Louis or Keonte Scott please

  16. HomerSimpsonRocks Says:

    Fanofdabucs

Agree. By all accounts, Trotter covers about as well as KJ Britt.

  17. Beeej Says:

Have been pondering Louis–is there such a think as a nickel LB?

  18. Beeej Says:

    We’re on the clock!

  19. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

Keionte Scott, make it happen Jason

  20. ToesOnTheLine!!! Says:

    Hoping Louis is the pick

  21. LUVMYBUCS Says:

Keionte Scott is a problem in the slot — 5 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, and two pick-sixes in 2025 tells you the guy can flat out play. The catch is he can only play one spot: nickel or box safety, because he gets exposed every time he lines up outside. And at 24 turning 25 in August, what you see is what you get — no growth left, just a very good player locked into a very specific role.

  22. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

    Woooooooo!!!!!

  23. Beeej Says:

Scott! I can live with this

  24. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    YESSSSSSSSSS!!!

  25. MadMax Says:

    YES KEONTE SCOTT!!!!

  26. Alvin Scissors Harper Says:

    Love the pick!!!

  27. Lt. Dan Says:

    Joe called it! Keionte Scott

  28. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    I can start drinking now

  29. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    Lt. Dan

Some of called it weeks ago Bredren

  30. Badbucs Says:

Thanks for the dead rat ad Joe. Matches our draft. Lol

  31. Call The Salt Truck Says:

Scott’s a good pick, wouldn’t be surprised if we end up with another CB and OL Depth in the 5th round.

  32. MadMax Says:

Im just glad we got a good CB….much needed. I wonder why Will the 3rd is dropping….

  33. MadMax Says:

Crownover is still there (O line)

  34. Badbucs Says:

Old man Scott. Frees up Parrish to move outside. Meh.

  35. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

Okay, now it’s Landon Robinson & Jack Strand in the fif lol

  36. Lt. Dan Says:

@LUVMYBUCS…I’ll buy the first round mi amigo.

  37. MadMax Says:

Yeah, im def about Landon….hope he lasts.

  38. Simeon4HOF Says:

    Good pick thank goodness

  39. MadMax Says:

good gosh, got to make a beer run, or walk i mean….be right back.

  40. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    Mahalo, Lt. Dan

  41. Jwg813 Says:

Yay another miami guy. Keep em coming. This is adding up to a great draft. Stay heavy on defense in the 5th

  42. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

    “Jalon Kilgore (S, South Carolina) — 21 | 6’1″, 210 | 4.40“

2nd Gen Beamer Ball product, Í like him just not to sure if we’d be on the market for a safety.

  43. LUVMYBUCS Says:

    MadMax

    Haha

  44. Mhystc Says:

Get Kyle Louis now, great coverage linebacker, can play safety also. Fix the defense. Also grab Washington RB.

  45. AnotherJoeBucsFan Says:

Lets now go get the best available NT, LB, OG

  46. AnotherJoeBucsFan Says:

    And a safety

  47. HC Grover Says:

    Wasting away again in Bowzoville.

  48. 40Forever Says:

I’ll have to check out Kyle Louis, but in the meantime, give some love to Red Murdoch of Buffalo. Check out his tackles over the last two years. This is a linebacker we need!

  49. Josh Says:

I think Perkins would be a steal if e can get him

  50. Larrd Says:

I have just recalled that Mario Cristobal ranted about “playing violent” during the college playoff last year. Licht stole that and took two of his players, too. I am happy.

  51. Badbucs Says:

Should of had Rod Munch pick the players.. Couldn’t have done worse.

  52. Al121976 Says:

Trigg in the 5th and another LB

  53. 3.28.Evans Says:

Not that it matters, but shouldn’t the Bucs have gotten some compensatory picks from losing Mikey, Dean, Hall, Chad and Izien? Or did the NFL look at that and refuse to grant the picks due to sheer ineptitude?

  54. Scott Says:

really have to address O line here. TE is out there, and there is at least 1 fast late round prospect or UDFA

  55. Scott Says:

I never understood why we never get comp picks. I was wondering the same thing.

  56. JimBobBuc Says:

    DT, RB, ILB, TE, G?

    I’m thinking DT.

  57. Jason Says:

3.28.Evans – The calculation for compensatory picks is based off the previous year. So this years losses will factor into next year’s determination. Don’t know that we will get any though because of Anzalone and Robinson.

  58. 3.28.Evans Says:

    Thank you, Jason.

  59. Simeon4HOF Says:

    Rd 5 G, TE

  60. Billy Bob Bubba Bo Baggins Says:

I hope the Bucs get a Deebo Samuel Sr type player Adam Randall

  61. Rod Munch Says:

G D-it… the Dolphins get the ILB stack I wanted so badly with J-Rod and Kyle Louis. Damn.

  62. Beeej Says:

That monster Harris is still there

  63. Badbucs Says:

Doesn’t look like Rivers will fall to us. Maybe Tecario Davis.

  64. Biggun Says:

Justin Joly (TE, NC State) — 21 | 6’3″, 241 | 4.75 He’s a must excellent TE hands very good and adjusts to the ball and fighter for position…

  65. 3.28.Evans Says:

Louis actually looked like he could play.

  66. MadMax Says:

    Landon Robinson please….

  67. Rod Munch Says:

Louis would have been a fantastic pick for the Bucs, a coverage LB, could literally play safety (so you have depth), can cover TEs and RBs, and is a good tackler. The Bucs history with undersized coverage LBs is outstanding, and he’d have been the guy who I’d hope could step in for David (not saying he is David, but he has the skill set and maybe he develops into something).

I hate missing out on Louis – I’d have taken him over Trotter 100 out of 100 times.

  68. Badbucs Says:

NO drafted 2 great WR to go with Olave and Vele. Sure glad we drafted guys who can’t cover anyone.

  69. Rod Munch Says:

TE Michael Trigg is still out there. Not sure if the Joe’s just like him and there’s nothing more to it, or if they had insider knowledge, but I’d certainly be OK with the pick.

Also getting any offensive lineman – if Licht takes on, you know they’re going to be good.

Got two 5th rounders, so some big action coming.

  70. Rod Munch Says:

NO drafted 2 great WR to go with Olave and Vele. Sure glad we drafted guys who can’t cover anyone.

    ———-

Scott at corner was a great pick in the 4th.

In any case, having a LB cover a WR isn’t something we ever should be seeing.

  71. Beeej Says:

Louis’ only problem is he’s small–like 6’1″ 220. He can’t be in the box. That was even an issue in college

  72. Beeej Says:

The guard–Brian Parker (Duke) is still there—top rated OG

  73. Badbucs Says:

5th round excitement in a couple picks. Steady yourself.

  74. JimBobBuc Says:

153, and 160 from Green Bay?

  75. JimBobBuc Says:

    Nope 155 for us

  76. Badbucs Says:

Raiders kicking butt with their draft. Spytek clearly the brains behind Licht.

  77. Rod Munch Says:

Man two picks before the Bucs, they take two guys who I thought the Bucs might take. The Kentucky center would have been a good all-purpose offensive line backup. And Joly at TE I liked too.

  78. TheBigSombreo Says:

    Fantastic draft so far… A++

  79. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    DT Capehart

  80. BucsFan81 Says:

We took the DT from Clemson

  81. MadMax Says:

DT Demonte Capeheart….i have no clue about him….

  82. Scott Says:

Someone on here called it.. Great pick

  83. Rod Munch Says:

    Capehart – very good pick.

  84. MadMax Says:

    Alright, o line next please….CROWNOVER

  85. Biggun Says:

Justin Joly (TE, NC State) Damn went to Denver remember his name folks…. at least he didn’t go to the Falcons, Carolina or the Saints!

  86. JimBobBuc Says:

I was hoping for a DT, and DeMonte Capehart looks like a violent monster!

  87. Simeon4HOF Says:

DT. Must go G. Pick will be telling regarding TE

  88. Rod Munch Says:

Dang… I was hoping Abney might still fall to us yet.

  89. MadMax Says:

Trigg still there….he must really be an ahole in the locker room

  90. JimBobBuc Says:

160 coming, maybe a CB or ILB?

  91. Beeej Says:

Is it possible all the TE’s we liked are gone?

  92. Bucfan1988 Says:

JimBobBuc, we picking again this round at 120 too!!

Moved down in 3rd round and picked this one up

  93. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Safety or Guard I hope

  94. Rod Munch Says:

Capehart has a 9.96 RAS score.

  95. Saskbucs Says:

Couple of 25 year olds with the last 2. Keep that going and take a flyer on edge Nadame Tucker?

  96. Scott Says:

Tucker would be great next why not

  97. Bucfan1988 Says:

Scratch that JimBobBuc, it is 160, lol

  98. Saskbucs Says:

Or S Kilgore or another Miami guy in G Anez Cooper… wouldn’t mind any of those.

  99. Rod Munch Says:

Billy Schrauth OG is still there, I’d like that pick. But Licht loves former college tackles.

  100. Rod Munch Says:

WOW, we did pick Billy Schrauth – awesome!

  101. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Yes! Guard

  102. Badbucs Says:

    CBs still there

  103. Scott Says:

Hitting all the needs with this draft

  104. Simeon4HOF Says:

There’s our reserve G. Not going to be 2 TE sets

  105. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Plays both sides…nice.

  106. MadMax Says:

Awesome! I wanted O line….now i need to go watch some film on him…didnt know about him….i dont get paid like scouts, its just a hobby for me lol.

  107. Rod Munch Says:

    Simeon4HOF Says:

There’s our reserve G. Not going to be 2 TE sets

    ———-

    Did you watch last season?

A top reserve offensive lineman is way more important than a backup TE.

  108. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Badbucs Says:
    April 25th, 2026 at 2:49 pm
    CBs still there”

Already got one, plus signed two free agents

  109. Rod Munch Says:

Whoever Licht takes on the offensive line is going to be good player. Klien was late 6th round, that’s getting into lottery territory so I don’t count that. But 5th round you can still find guys who are valuable. Billy is going to be a good pick, also continues the run of guys who could have been on a Dukes of Hazzard episode… Luke, Cody and Billy.

  110. JimBobBuc Says:

A Notre Dame guard, Schrauth, good pedigree at Notre Dame.

  111. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

    Simeon4HOF Says:
“There’s our reserve G. Not going to be 2 TE sets”

He may be good enough to start.

So far as 2 TE sets, don’t forget post draft free agency.

  112. Havingfitz Says:

Really like the Capehart and Shrauth picks.

  113. Buccaneer Bonzai Says:

I’m actually loving this draft. Finally the defense is getting attention.

  114. MadMax Says:

As our last, 7th, maybe Trigg? i mean if dropping in the draft this far doesnt adjust his attitude then take him out back behind the locker room and knock some sense in him….there is talent there!

  115. Rod Munch Says:

Billy will be our reserve guard, certainly his rookie season – which is great. The Bucs HAD to get some depth. If you watched last season, with all the injuries on the line, and thought the Bucs should take a 2nd TE (who will still take time to develop) over a top guard who probably could start as a rookie if he had to… give me a break. Also doubting Licht on offensive lineman is beyond insane.

    Great pick.

  116. Winny Testaverde Says:

Licht loves himself some injured players coming out of Notre Dame of late. Hopefully it works out and his foot is fully healed.

  117. MadMax Says:

sorry, i forgot we had two picks in the 5th, still have 6th….i’d still take a gamble on Trigg there.

  118. Rod Munch Says:

    MadMax Says:
    April 25th, 2026 at 2:55 pm
As our last, 7th, maybe Trigg?

    ——-

    We still have a 6th and 7th.

If Trigg makes it to the 6th, that would be an excellent pickup, and an amazing value. But 30 picks to go, seems unlikely, but we shall see.

  119. Mhystc Says:

    Trade up to get Triggs.

  120. Jmac Says:

watching keynote scotts live press conference right now. this guy is my new favorite draft pick. watch his highlights he’s gonna be a starter VERY soon

  121. Jmac Says:

    sorry- keionte not keynote

  122. Sal Volatile Says:

Obviously none of us commenters know what goes on in the draft room at 1 Buc but I like the strategy and it all seems to be falling into place well.

  123. MadMax Says:

Yeah thanks Rod, im too many yellow pepsis in….plus hungover from last night lol.

  124. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

    Capehart we drafted Capeheartt!!!

Another versatile player that can line up all over the interior DL

I don’t wanna hear any Licht slander for 36hrs

Mans put the Chef coat on

  125. Rod Munch Says:

There’s actually a decent number of TE’s I’d be OK with.

    Trigg obviously.

Also Jack Endries, John Michael Gyllenborg, Joe Royer.

We’ll see if any of them make it back to us, if Licht goes that route.

If they want to get another offensive lineman, I’d love that.

I like, Isaiah World, Diego Pounds, Anez Cooper, Pat Coogan.

  126. Warren Brooks Lynch Says:

    “Warren Brooks Lynch Says:
    March 19th, 2026 at 4:45 pm
“Caleb Woods (6’6″ & 327 lbs) in Rnd 1 rather than an Edge.“

Caleb Banks? I gotta get you on the DeMonte Capehart train DR; that kid is right in our range and he’s been bullying OLmen his entire stay at Clemson“

    😉

  127. Rod Munch Says:

Some other guys I still like that are out there…

    DL Tyreak Sapp
    LB Aiden Fisher
LB Eric Gentry (7th rounder lottery pick, a 6′ 7″ LB who is fast)
    S VJ Payne (awesome name)
    CB TJ Hall

  128. BA’s Red Pen Says:

    Penelope Wheated and Miller Lites
    GO BUCS

  129. AnotherJoeBucsFan Says:

This is a master class on needs being filled with football players (dawgs). Just need another LB, and a Safety and thus could be a Jason Licht defining draft

  130. SkunkyHaze3150 Says:

What a great draft so far! Go Bucs!

  131. MadMax Says:

I’d still like CB Devon Marshall….and LB Jack Kelly

  132. Mhystc Says:

Get Michael Triggs in the 6th and Tyreak Sapp in the 7th

  133. MadMax Says:

profootballnetwork their mock sim is on the money and updated already….thats who i use.

  134. Simeon4HOF Says:

Exactly. Very happy about this pick. Was just saying it seems clear Bucs didnt priority another TE in this draft which is fine. We are stocked for 3 WR sets anyway. Like that we focused on G and WR before anything else in Offense, like TE or RB

  135. BBax7 Says:

Keep loading up on D. Would love another backer with one of these last 2 picks.

  136. Simeon4HOF Says:

Love our 5th round picks. Only concern I have on Defense rn is will our ILBs be good enough in coverage and how long will it take for either Morrison or McCollum to step up. Parrish looks to be moving to Outside w Scott at NB

  137. Simeon4HOF Says:

Didn’t want another subpar TE. We have capable backups in Culp and kinda Durham. Kieft to block

  138. Simeon4HOF Says:

Was addressing those who were like O Zac wants to use 2 TEs or we should’ve taken Sadiq

  139. MadMax Says:

Im glad we didnt get Sadiq…good luck to him though.

  140. Bucs Fan Since ‘76 Says:

Jack Pyburn, LB, LSU and former Gator, is still on the board and would be a great pick in either the sixth or seventh round. He was a third round projection until injuring his foot and missing the combine and pro day workouts.

  141. Sal Volatile Says:

Next up maybe a linebacker from Miami.

    Special teams now.

  142. Jim in LR Says:

While I am not deeply informed about the talents of players beyond the first and second round, I love the Bucs picks. Matched needs with players with reputations of high motor, no quit.

  143. Rod Munch Says:

Taylen Green still out there… I’d love that pick in the 6th round (or better in the 7th). While you try to teach him to throw, you could still use him around the goal line, he’s be a huge weapon. It’s a pure lottery ticket pick – but the elite traits are very rare to get in a guy going this late, it’s worth a shot.

  144. Call The Salt Truck Says:

We just traded up with LV in the 6th, there must be someone Licht really wants still on the board.

  145. Rod Munch Says:

    Simeon4HOF Says:

Didn’t want another subpar TE. We have capable backups in Culp and kinda Durham. Kieft to block

    ——–

Ko can block, he’s a lock because of that.

Durham isn’t a good player, not a good blocker, way too slow to be used in the passing game (as a #2 to be clear, as a #3 he’s OK). Culp has barely done anything, fans are way higher on him than the team is, and he seems unlikely to be on the final roster.

Getting one of these tall fast TE’s in the draft is worth a late pick.

  146. BBax7 Says:

    Moved up! Another LB??
    Lawson
    Perkins
    Barton

  147. Sal Volatile Says:

    Maybe that Alabama LB

  148. Rod Munch Says:

Well Green just went to the Browns…

Green + Brown doesn’t ever give good results.
